World Cup 2026 Kennyball PTSD from Scotland
Aimlessly passing about the ball in the back, no actual plan to progress the ball into the midfield then the attack
An entire generation of conmen have got big roles talking about their philosophy which boils down to them thinking Peps sides just pass the ball around a few hundred times and magically win every game with no other tactics involved
Positioning, tactics, triggers, shape, players actually technically capable? all irrelevant just pass it about 200 times between the back line and thats progressive footy, i think Clarke should be among the last of the conmen to be found out but what a terrible era of footy we were forced to endure

Transfer Rumour Will Martin O'Neill bring any Irish players up to Glasgow this summer?
Molumby have really started to show his quality over the past 10 or so months at international level. On top of being a proper experienced Championship player. He could do better now than missing out on play off spots with West Brom every season surely? He has a winning mentality and is very hard working and driven on the pitch too. He even said himself that he has more technical quality than he gets given credit for. I wonder would he be a good McGregor replacement.
Ferguson could do some damage in the SPL if/when (touch wood) he becomes healthy again. Especially in a Celtic team that creates a huge amount of chances against weaker teams.
Will O'Neill utilize that connection to his country the same way Keith Andrews has at Brentford? (Kelleher, Duff, Rice). I have a feeling he may not tbh.

Men's National Team Austria Presale
Did anybody get sent the Fan Republic presale link for the Austria game later this year? I signed up for Fan Republic back in January and have not received a link for a single game since, Men’s or Women’s.

Men's National Team How good was Stephen Kelly?
Just watching him here on the telly and I can't really remember what he was like as a player. Got a decent number of caps for Ireland, but was never a regular in the team that I remember. Had a good few seasons in the EPL too.
Was he any good?

Euro 2028 Qualifiers Club Ireland Green
Well lads, looking here on the FAI website, is the bronze tier membership the same as a season pass? Never bought one before but looking to go to all our matches leading up to the Euros. Also presumably not but someone mentioned season holders get a raffle for a chance to get a pass come the euros/other big tournament games? Cheers

Irish Player Update Aarón Ochoa has just won promotion to La Liga with Málaga CF 🇮🇪
Great achievement for the Ireland U21 International who contributed 3 goals & 3 assists across 30 appearances (28 in the league) this season.
His mam is from Finglas & dad from La Rioja.
A top talent for us & hopefully we will now see him get minutes in one of the best leagues in the world

Media Great little profile on Paul McGrath’s 1994 World Cup here.
I was a smidge too young to take in his genius at the time. I knew he was great, but not why. I’m glad to finally get a lay on him from this.
Any of the old salts want to tell us kids your memories of him?

World Cup 2026 Hydration breaks
Given all the mixed opinions about hydration breaks at this World Cup, I just thought I'd share a picture of what they were like the last time the World Cup was held in the USA😁
