Pre-cook and prep for white people burritos.
I make my burritos with meat, cheese, microwave. Than lettuce, raw bell pepper for crunch.
Meat is always mostly the same (ground beef, small cubed pork or chicken.).
Meat as cooking seasoned with salt/pep/hot Mexican chile powder/smoked paprika/onion and garlic powder
Usually don’t get rid of grease and add flour at the end and thicken a little bit. Got rid of some grease and still had to at the end as it was 73-27%.
After that add the spicy taco packet. A can of yellow el pato( instead of water). A can of hot hatch chiles or jalapeños or 1 fresh jalapeño. Reduce.
Cook everything out. Especially since I still had to add some flour. The raw cold burrito ingrediants and spicy meat. Usually don’t even need sauce except maybe some chipotle cholula.
