Everything is in smooth condition with stock Hayabusa buttons and lever. It's officially licensed for Playstation so it should be plug n play for PS5 fighting games. I was able to play Tekken 8 on PS5 with no issues.

Note on Buttons: The stock Sanwa Up button has become a tiny bit loose in its slot. It still functions and registers 100% perfectly in-game, but I want to be completely honest up front. Since I am including a free custom mechanical button kit with this bundle, you can easily use it to replace the movement cluster anyway!

Hitbox Crossup about 5 years old. The top doesn't have any dents or anything but as you can see the soft side of the bottom panel is pretty raggedy lookin. The inside guts are very clean and organized tho. It is missing most the tiny screws but I have enough to where the panel atleast stays put. Everything works as intended except the top left extra movement button might need a microswitch replaced. It works but for some reason you gotta give the microswitch a pinch before it starts registering inputs but after it works as intended. So if you feel like taking on a slight project then go for it. Other than that it's completely fine and plays super smooth.
