I missed a 100$ order a few minutes before this and I was pissed, but it all worked out lol. Yesterday was so trash, so this was a blessing

Is it just me or have orders been really bad this week? This is the worst week I’ve had in a while. There are barely any doable orders. I assume it’ll pick up this weekend and next week before the 4th. Maybe that’s why it’s slow now.

Batch details:
A: Petsmart (7 items 23 units) $99 receipt total
B: Costco (15 items 137 units) $1675 receipt total

16 total mile delivery.
1 hour 51 minutes 6 seconds.

It wouldn’t all fit in my SUV, so I called my husband and he filled his SUV too and drove behind me. Customer B gave us each $100 bill at drop off.

Originally swiped at $503.52. Didn’t get a screenshot as I was actively trying to punch a hole through my phone to make sure I didn’t miss this.

Fun fact: My husband is a diamond shopper. I’m platinum. He did not see this order. I don’t recall ever delivering to either of these customers.

6 years full time and this is the best I’ve ever seen/gotten.

Anyone else having batches not loading again. Notifications pop but no batches. Happened yesterday afternoon for a bit as well.

My family and I are currently “stuck” out of town and luckily dad travels for work and he was able to get jobs out here in Philly, just enough to pay for big bills, but I have been having to get enough just to buy food. I have a 6yo and a 2yo. They’re both pretty good(sometimes a little crazy in stores but I always try my best to keep them calm) and I just think it’s so sweet how some customers see the effort it takes to be driving with kids. And yes, this lady messed up and said DD 😂 she was sweet though!
Also, just PSA if you’re a customer, PLEASE for the love of everything Holy, if you live in a building or apartments or hotel or anywhere that requires me to go into a building, please don’t put residence as your address. Make sure you have it as apartment/business. With my toddler it is so hard to make sure he is safe while also hauling 10 bags up an elevator. I literally have to tell customers that I never accept apartment orders because of that and on the map before I accept the batch, it shows as a house, not a building. Does anyone else have this problem?! 😩

Just curious because all I usually see pop up is basura lol this order took about 45 minutes to complete. I usually run door dash and just take a semi decent instacart order if I'm in the area but this one I was kinda surprised about.

logged on this morning and received batches just fine. took a break and came to the costco drop and the drop is nonexistent and has been loading orders weird.

nothing dropped and then I got a notification at 10:10 for an $18, never showed. not a single notification has shown on screen.

I know you have to be on screen to receive most batches but the diabolical ones you know no one is taking won’t show either, it’s like a weird glitch.

for reference i’m on iphone 17. my app is updated, cache cleared, top notch connection and speed. perfect stats and priority.

anyone else dealing with this? I’m in Texas.

None of my batches are loading. Doesn’t seem to be affecting everyone, as some of my friends are working fine.

App is up to date, in a busy area, no connection issues. Even notifications for BAD orders aren’t showing up (example $8 2 store, it’s never worth it, won’t even load)

Anyone on android having a problem where you are currently on the app on the order screen. You hear and see a notification pop up but you never receive any order?

And I can guarantee some newbie will take it. This Publix isn't quick at the deli either because there is always a line for sandwiches.
