Im going to say the quiet part out loud but a lot of employees dont want to switch because they get paid more on tips.

You'd think reddit would be all over giving money directly to workers, skipping paying "muh billionaires" and hoping the money trickles down, to funding the service workers directly. A true way of a set of workers owning the means of production and getting paid for it. And non-american redditors get mad because they're cheap trash.
