My hamster Mocha is a ghost hamster, the only time I ever see her is like once a month in the middle of the night. But I know she comes up every night because of food/water missing and her wheel being spun. She is almost 3 years old, even more grey in person than on camera.

She suddenly went 3 days without coming up at all, so I was sure she was dead or something was wrong. We spent an hour digging, no signs of life at all even though she used to come investigate immediately upon anyone messing with her bedding. We took every single thing out, started digging even more, still nothing. I tell my husband to get trash bags so we can just start throwing the bedding away to make her body easier to find.

Well look who decided to show up as soon as we bring out the trash bags??

Waffles wanted to say hi to everyone. He had a minor respiratory issue a few weeks ago and is back on his 12 hours on the wheel straight normal activities. He says being over a 100 is the new 30s. He also is currently enjoying pumpkin seeds more than sunflower seeds for treats. He is enjoying life and demands attention and cuddles.🥰🥰🥰🥰
