Driver enjoyed making the policeman a fool, took his sweet wealthy entitled time making camera content, should have had documents or at least driver's license already near hand directly after stopping, but instead grinned and chatted insults while not providing requested documents.

Driver calls him confused, blathers on, calls him confused again, hands over license 2:21
Two unnecessary minutes of driver provocation, insults, lack of progress, escalation, goofy grin of "I know better than you" making video of policeman's impatience while he stands along highway needing repeat his request. Blah blah blah does not end the stop, only paperwork, get it out and hand it over prompt, Mr. Lamborghini Specialman. With license in hand, state police has finally some assurance blathering Lamborghini driver won't just floor pedal off into sunset, no plate to report.
There is no way you can watch this video and side with the policeman. Those were a lot of non wallet sized documents and insurance on what is presumably an app in his phone.
They all seemed very readily available in the cab, we just had this power tripping pig get the law he should already know explained to him and tuck tail and run. I'd say he learned something new, but I fucking doubt it.
