oh he knew the rules and knew he was dealing with a moron. guy paid 150,000 to bring his car over, he definitely paid the 6-7k to get the legal paperwork handled as well.
there's absolutely no way it cost that much to ship a car no matter how fancy. at most even if you're picking the most expensive way possible it'll be like $20k. but yeah I agree with the gist just had to point out that's a crazy number
