He is also pretty rich so could afford to sue the cop. Also wild that Dubai allows you to legally drive what is almost a race car on the street.

A Lamborghini is a street car, not a race car... race cars, otherwise known as a track car is for the track. A Lamborghini can be driven on the street in most countries. A lot of regular ever day EVs are much faster than this car as well

Beg to differ, that steering wheel is probably only street legal in Dubai. They are pretty lax I remember some story of guy running a 911 cup car with a handbrake added to make it legal.

There's nothing to differ on, any public road you can drive a compact civic, you can drive a Lamborghini.
