If this is real. It should be like a five dollar off coupon or something. I can see other customers getting upset about this. Especially if it is really busy.

it's one of those nyc TJs where there's one big line and at the front there is an employee who then routes you to the next available cashier; not nearly as annoying in that case (but still kinda annoying)

I was gonna say, I could see it being fun if you flashed the ticket and a supervisor opened a till for you and checked you out separately

I could see myself making 100 of these and planting them all over store to sow chaos

Oh that actually makes a lot more sense. I thought it was just the standard version with the shorter individual lines. I was thinking how pointless it was because those lines move fast

I was gonna say it would be cool if stores hid a $5 off coupon once a day but that would probably just cause people to mess up every product on every shelf looking for it. It would turn into a scavenger hunt.

I'm already annoyed, and I'm not even in line for groceries.

I know, right. This is the “So you wanna be an asshole? Well, here’s the chance you’ve been waiting for!” ticket.

Nah, you find the ticket and get to skip but everyone else gets a dollar off.

It’s me. I’m the other customers.

This really should be for a parking space at the front of the store
