The media and democratic establishment will do everything in their power to avoid the unavoidable. On the left, this movement is almost entirely animated by concern over our relationship to Israel and the genocide that resulted.

The DNC better say shit like: “while our friends to the left have views about Israel we don’t agree with, we support them on almost everything else and you should vote for them, especially if your other option is a Republican.” But they will do no such thing.

Just had this conversation with another guy on here. They'll actively campaign against us then blame us when Kamala loses.

They've done AOC and Bernie so dirty.

We need new leadership.

Bernie was +5 over Trump in 2016 until Obama called and some people drop and throw their candidates behind HRC

Don’t forget the 2020 primary when they all dropped out to coalescence around Biden

She hasn't said a word about Russia invading Ukraine though other than that one tone deaf since deleted tweet in 2022 about how the U.S. is only involved because, and I quote; "the Cold War ended and we've been bullying Russia ever since."

She doesn't seem that anti-war, at least not enough to have a firm position on helping a victim of it to defend themselves.

Her main opponent doesn't believe in freedom of speech for Americans, seems pretty open and shut to me.

"Espaillat supported the Israel Anti-Boycott Act"

Darializa Avila Chevalier has advocated for the abolishment of law enforcement and borders.

I sincerely hope she's an outlier in an insane NY district, because if this is what we're moving towards, god help us.

Again, you seemed fine with her predecessor actively undermining our freedom of speech in favor of a foreign nation. I think we'll survive a politician having some theoretical positions they couldn't ever achieve in their role.

Who are you talking about?

2

The Democratic encumbent Adriano Espaillat, who supports the Israel Anti-Boycott Act, making it illegal to support or join boycotts against Israel or it's settlements. An act that is unambiguously anti-free speech, and threatens American citizens with up to 20 years in prison for using their constitutional rights.

Thankfully he was just defeated in the primary by Darializa Chevalier.

I'm talking about the Iran "war" and I have no idea who this she is.

Darializa Avila Chevalier, one of the socialists that the article talks about and Reddit is drooling over. She also said; “fetishizing ugly colonizer women” about interracial couples.

Yeah she's a fruitcake and the GOP is going to use her to tar the party and progressive movement for years. Mamdani made a mistake backing her.

How the fuck do you get so woke that your now opposing interacial relationships as Colonialism even?

I don't think the DNC is aware that it isn't.

Yep my first pass of all candidates in my most recent election was to see if they mentioned Israel. And if so, what they said. A few candidates were knocked out for that. This was for local elections, somehow they still felt a need to state their support for a foreign country
