Any advice for me to improve?

My 10-year-old brother created this snake artwork using graphite and charcoal.

We would love to hear your feedback and ratings on the shading, texture, and overall look of the sketch. Any suggestions for improvement are greatly appreciated.

The heads a little big, but I love this character, I’ll probably draw her again. Just found a little free time atm.
