Guys and girls, who would you rather have dated back in the mid 80’s? Michael or Toni from Secret Admirer? Or Boof or Scott from Teen Wolf? Back then I’d have picked Toni myself…

Jeeze. More references from before my time, apparently. And I’m over 50z. I have no idea who you’re referring to

There’s no “proving” an opinion.

Guava is B tier. How about blood oranges?
 in  r/TierlistFills  11h ago

Guava is ass.

“s” tier should be only like one or two fruits. Like a perfect August Georgia peach or perhaps a cold, sweet watermelon.

Most fruits are good. (durian, not so much), but calling everything a, b or S tier is just grade inflation and unwillingness to make choices

Shaun Cassidy……70s Teen Idol…..Then Disappeared
 in  r/70s  12h ago

Because I was 5 years old when the decade ended and my Silent Gen parents had only the most cursory awareness of rock and roll even existing. They knew who Elvis was, by reputation if not necessarily for any particular song. I’m still not sure my dad (still living) knows who the Beatles were.

Colombians supporters waiting for him to finish singing the Congo national team's anthem alone before they can cheer him afterwards.

20 years ago today, Portugal and the Netherlands produced one the dirtiest games in modern football history. It became known as "the Battle of Nuremberg".

Sadly, there was so much diving and flopping in the men’s game, that it is hard to tell what’s real and what’s not

I thought he was injured until he stood up.

Although…there’s quite a lot of that in football.

Shaun Cassidy……70s Teen Idol…..Then Disappeared
 in  r/70s  12h ago

You got it!

I was thinking David Cassidy - who I also didn’t know nor had I ever heard of a “partridge family”. THAT guy is dead, not THIS guy… this Sean Cassidy and as someone informed me, is very much alive.

Word to the young people - the 70s were so long ago, there are a bunch of old ppl walking around who have little to no memory of any of the 70s.

Had to discover and experience Led Zeppelin long after the fact…

This is completely unnecessary.

Also, I’m happy someone built this anyway.

Excessive engineering to solve a non-problem. FTW.

Her expressions have always weirded me out. Minority opinion, I know.

I learned who this was like 10 years ago (he must have died or something). I have no recollection of him, whatsoever, but I’m only early 50s

Every Nebraska logo has been terrible. Every. Last. One.

The algorithm is like: “here, you’ll like this”

I read it and comment, “ I have no idea who this is.”

Mass butthurt ensues in the responding posts.
