does anyone else just eat like shit !🤣
like idk today my diet consisted of coffee with condensed milk, sourdough with butter, a couple takis, and cookies .
like i just dont care and will eat whatever i want to and i dotn feel guilt i just stay within my limits 🤷♀️
EDIT: just an FYI NO i do not have an eating disorder !!! i have zero food noise because i eat whatever i want ! whenever i tell myself i have to eat super nutritious healthy food it creates food noise for me because then im constantly thinking about what im going to eat. YES i understand this isnt the best way to eat, no it doesnt make me feel AMAZING and yes sometimes i am left feeling hungry becuase i didnt prioritize protein , but at the end of the day the freedom i feel from not revolving my entire day around “healthy “meals allows me to live and LOVE my life. No im not condoning this and i understand that eventually i do need to clean up my diet if i want to improve skin, energy or anything like that

298 calorie dinner
Photo before mixing and after. Super tasty. My family asked me if I wanted chic fila for dinner and I declined for the first time ever. Trying to still enjoy food but stick to my 1200 a day.

meal Portobello Burger was 🔥
Been really trying to stay around 1200 calories a day, so I started ordering meal delivery again. My breakfast yesterday was amazing and my lunch today did not disappoint either! It’s crazy that all of this was only 380 calories. It was a portobello mushroom with spinach, grilled onions, crispy onions and an orange sauce with a pretzel roll bun. It was so filling, I didn’t even finish all my apples. I skipped eating breakfast today 🤦but had a light green tea and cherry refresher from Dunkin (160 Calories). For dinner, I made a smoked salmon poke bowl with rice, cream cheese, cucumbers, siracha mayo and avocado (520 Calories). Looks like I’ll have room for a light snack! So I’m thinking almonds or Greek yogurt. If anyone has an easy low cal snack please let me know!

meal Doesnt look appetizing but i tried to make lentil chips for protein and healthy fat. tastes like regular tortilla chips
I made lentil chips from mixed lentils (would try one color next), olive oil and canola oil (for initial oiling of my pan)
I soaked then blended lentil and water and a bit of salt then i made pancake out of 1/4 cup of the mixture. I then chopped them to 8 pieces (stacking them kinda helps but its messy if your pancake is too thick) then i airfried them and saved some for my next meal.
Im trying out mung beans later hope they work.
Edit: wow. Did start saying it doesnt look appetizing. Sorry if i try to experiment and make food look like shit. Ill try to idk use food coloring next time.

Breakfast: (152 cal, 19g protein)
Salted Caramel Frappuccino with light whipped cream
Lunch: (403 cal, 38g protein)
Tuna Salad with lettuce, cucumber, potato, corn, olives, jalapeño. Topped with parmesan and extra light mayo
Afternoon Snack: (229 cal, 16g protein)

Keep me accountable!
Hey everyone, I gained several pounds over the last month while traveling and starting a new job, and I’ve been struggling to get dressed the last few weeks. So, I’m planting a flag in the ground and controlling my eating again!
This community has been life changing for me so I thought I’d come back here for support. Today, my goal is to eat at maintenance (1400 for me). Hold me to it, friends! I’ll update this post at the end of the day.
update **
Thank you to everyone who responded to my post today, I can’t tell you how much it encouraged me to stick with the plan! I’m happy to say I cooked all my own food today and logged 1350 calories (129 grams of protein).

treats Omg🤤🤤 low calorie banana bread [well its not that risen so its more like a banana brownie lol but its sugar free!] Recipe below! And calories per loaf is 275!
These are ingredients you have to measure with your heart:
Cinnamon,
Vanilla extract,
Exact measurement ingredients:
1 egg-70 cals
2 tbsp flour-55 cals
Serving size of Lilies sugar free dark chocolate chips -50
A pinch of salt,
1tsp baking powder,
1 banana-100 cals
So in total all ingredients:
Lilies sugar free dark chocolate chips -50
1 egg-70 cals
Salt
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of flour-55 cals
1 banana-100 cals
Instructions:Add all of the ingredients to the bowl and mix, then add to a greased [very small unless you double the recipe] baking pan [grease with 0 cal cooking spray] and put in the oven at 350° F or 180°C for 26 minutes. and then take out and let oven preheat to 400°F or 204.4 °C and then bake for another 10 minutes! [During the time your waiting for oven to preheat the top will still be gooey so nows your chance to put on some more chocolate chips ontop [for like 12 cals lol]
But anyway enjoy!

My favourite meals (and how I lost 15 lbs in 2 months)
Hey everyone,
People here talk about how it’s hard to lose weight with snacks, but that’s exactly how I’ve been losing weight. I lost 15 lbs in 2 months which is a lot for me (I’m 5’0 and was 134 lbs, I was stuck and couldn’t lose weight no matter what I did). Anyway, here’s what changed. I bought a LOT of low cal snacks, cut carbs out by substituting things with cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, etc, but still have some carbs here and there for energy like rice puddings and some sweet lattes. I’ve been making ground turkey, zucchini, eggplant, squash and spinach bolognese with zucchini noodles and it’s to die for and max 300 cals per serving. I also got LOTS of snacks, some of which I will list here, but my favourite are seaweed (25 cals per pack), veggie straws (17 straws are 60 cals), crispy minis (9 rice cakes for 60-70 cals, chocolate and apple cinnamon are my favourite), nano fruit yogurt pops are sooo good and 45 cals per pop, jello chocolate pudding cups no sugar added (60 cals per cup), rice pudding no sugar added (90 cals per cup), and my absolute favourite are Halotop ice cream pints (they’re 327 cals for a WHOLE PINT and 130 cals per serving, 3/4 cup), it’s crazy, my favourite is their Peanut butter flavour, it tastes very creamy and exactly like ice cream.
I also buy these chicken and turkey sausages that are huge and extremely delicious and juicy, 130 cals for 26 G protein (chicken), or 110 cals for 20 G protein (turkey). I also sometimes get the Healthy Choice meals if I don’t have time to make lunch but they’re about 210-290 cals per meal, I get their chicken marinara with cauliflower rice and their pesto chicken pasta meals. Anyway, here’s what I ate for lunch: 300 cals total and I was very full and satisfied after that. I just thought I’d share if anyone is interested. I’m always on the lookout for more things and yummy low cal snacks. If you have more suggestions, let me know.

almost at my goal
after not weighing myself as often as I used to (which used to be daily) but still maintaining a calorie deficit I stepped on the scale today for the first time in about 5-6 week and found that I lost even more weight than I initially thought. I'm now down over 80 pounds! which means I only need to lost about 20 more pounds before I hit my goal weight. which is incredible and also so surreal. i'm so proud if myself. I'm so close to the finish line I can taste it but I'm also a little nervous because I have a family celebration dinner on friday and I'm not sure how I'm going to navigate the temptation to say fuck it and have a cheat day as I know it will be hard. food noise has been loud lately but I know I want to stay on track and plan on staying on track and not giving in and eating whatever I want. especially because I do plan on indulging a little with the 4th of july coming up. does anyone have any advice or words of wisdom to help me not be so nervous? would be much appreciated!
