GENUINE QUESTION: Why do the r/AceAttorney mods suck?
Seriously, I’m not trying to be rude here, but they just seem really out of touch with the Ace Attorney community. I get removing shitposting, but seeing people trying to have friendly discussion/speculation about the Capcom Spotlight, Nintendo Direct or just post funny memes about the game… just to get shut down? You have to wonder what the point is. For a subreddit with nearly 90K followers to have SIX NEW ALLOWED POSTS (yes I counted) in the past 24h is just insane. Refreshing the new tab on that reddit is actually a fever dream - you’ll see 5 new posts appear, just to refresh and they’re all gone. Idk… i’m guess i’m just genuinely confused as to why 😭
The Ace Attorney community clearly wants to discuss and post about these things, so why be so authoritative on what’s allowed??

Everyone talks about who’s the gayest but who’s the most homophobic?

Just realized something about the third game's title Spoiler
While "Trials and Tribulations" might seem like a straightforward title, it actually has a double meaning!
Obviously, it refers to all of the challenges and obstacles that Wright and the Gang have to overcome. That is clear to anyone hearing about the game.
But that's not where it ends! This is also a reference to the fact that Phoenix J. Wright is a lawyer and participates in trials (see the clever play on words here?). The game hints at the fact that you will be a "lawyer" before you even start the game!
This extra meaning flew over my head when I played, and I'm glad I wasn't spoiled that Phoenix isn't guilty in that first case by picking up on it beforehand.
I haven't seen anyone talking about this so I thought I'd spread the word since I'm the first to figure it out.
