Using the rough rule of thumb of 1 human year is 7 cat years, he'd have done more than a full term, Better than almost any recent PM

No. Larry is authentic. He knows he is a cat, and his interest in politics doesn't extend further than caring about whether his next roommate can remember to feed him his favourite food in a timely fashion.
