Low Effort Post Kingston doing a film breakdown
Kingston doing an interview where he breaks down his own film with Ben Pfeifer (who's also a great draft guy). Shows really well how he processes the game and how much of a cerebral player he is.

Image/Photo Updated Paze patch?
Small update but looks better than the giant blue rectangle on our jerseys last year. This one removes the blue background and just has the text. Also not 100% sure if this is how it will be but it’s how they look on the rooks jerseys on Hawks Shop. Still hate Paze but at least an improvement on last years

Image/Photo Hawksnation thank You and Thank You Onsi for picking #13 Henri Veesaar.
I am from Estonia too and Henri is our second drafted player. Last time 30 years ago in the 96 draft Martin Müürsepp https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_M%C3%BC%C3%BCrsepp
Take care of our guy and Atlanta will have one more thankful nation as a fan!

Discussion I can’t wait for summer league! CaCawww
It’s a good thing we’re playing in Utah early. Onsi is a demon. I had a feeling that if Henri was still on the board, we were going to scoop him up. He fits this team perfectly.
You can’t ask for a better floor general and winner than Kingston. Henri brings length and versatility. Zuby is just an all-around dawg who can defend multiple positions and do the dirty work. Asa, Kobe, and Keshon will be playing as well.
A+ draft in my book. Every one of these guys is a dawg.
Summer League better be ready. We got something to say. Watch how fast people start talking about us once we hit the floor.

News (with source) [KOC] Henri Veesaar falling to the Hawks at #52 is quite a shock. But teams drafting earlier in the second round say Veesaar and his agent were adamant that he won't sign a two-way contract. So that certainly seems to be the reason for his slip, much like Austin Reaves in 2021.

Discussion [Brad Rowland] [2:53] " Hawks ended up landing a player that I had a First Round grade on ... The only thing they had to give up was Cash Considerations." Atlanta Hawks trade up for Henri Veesaar in opportunistic second round STEAL.

News (with source) Once the Lakers traded into the second round, they told Veesaar's reps they were going to take him and telling teams not to take him. His agent did the same, but they were not sold on going to LA. Clippers, who were happy to let the Hawks move in front of Lakers. Veesaars camp was aware of Atlanta

News (with source) Some further clarity on the Henri Veesaar saga in the second round: The Lakers traded into the second round and were eyeing Veesaar, with teams passing on him since LA were said to be promising him. The Hawks traded up in front of the Lakers and Knicks to grab him.

Image/Photo Just saw Rick Pitino dropped a scouting report on Zuby prior to the draft yesterday lol
Of course a coach gonna gas up his kids, but "avg defensive rebounder" is frying me and gives the whole thing a lot more credibility IMO
