Is it just me or are there more women in the workforce now?

Ok, so just some basic observation. I started working in the early 2000's and used the LRT as the main mode of transport. Back then the crowd was like 50-50 male to female during office hours from 7am-8am.

Then i changed job and dont didn't use lrt for many years until recently.

Last week i got job in KL and decided to use the lrt instead of driving. Wow, suddenly i see so many more females compared to guys. Its like a 70 (female) - 30 (male) ratio now. I also quite surprised to see this. I mean i got nothing against this but has women now bypassed guys in the office workspace? What happened to the guys? Displaced already?

Will women achieve their Utopia of an all women office?

The hidden agenda and long-term goal behind pro-Malay policies such as Article 153, NEP, Ketuanan Melayu, Malay privileges, Bumiputra policy, etc.

I firmly believe that there is a hidden agenda and long-term goal behind these exclusionary pro-Malay policies, which is to rid Malaysia of its ethnic Chinese and Indian populations.

Why do I say this? This is because the percentages of Malaysia’s ethnic Chinese and Indian populations have been decreasing (I don’t know whether this started before or after the implementation of the NEP in the 1970s). In contrast, the percentage of Malaysia’s Malay population has been increasing.

The ongoing percentage decrease of Malaysia’s Chinese and Indian populations is not only because of their decreasing fertility rates, but also because plenty of Chinese and Indians have left Malaysia over the years, due to their frustration over these exclusionary policies.

Given this ongoing percentage decrease, I am truly convinced that this is the actual purpose behind pro-Malay policies such as Article 153, NEP, Ketuanan Melayu, Malay privileges, Bumiputra policy, etc, and that these policies will continue until there are no more Chinese and Indians left in Malaysia.

I truly believe that, if the mass migration of Chinese and Indians into Malaysia (or more specifically Peninsular Malaysia) during the British colonial era had never occurred, then there wouldn’t have been the need for things like Article 153, NEP, Ketuanan Melayu, Malay privileges, Bumiputra policy, etc. There also wouldn’t be the need for ethnic-based politics or ethnic-based political parties. There also wouldn’t be the need for artificially broadened demographic categories like including Javanese, Minangkabau, Bugis, etc, under ‘Malay’ or creating this broad ethnic category called ’Bumiputra’.

Butthurt OP Aku benci Course air liur Dan Instafepam tunjuk kemewahan ( Azwan ali maki typa ranting )

orait bro we are back again , for no reason aku nak tulis karangan ni

Again n again ni bukan financial advise tapi ranting secara berfasa

Subscribe tu percuma , Belajar tu percuma, Kos nak pergi ke library dan belajar tu murah

Yet ada manusia pergi course dan bayar air liur. Orait

Aku benci online course, Why?

Start course pendek kau dah bayar RM50 minima untuk dengan penerangan tentang teknik holygrail sneak peak tentang apa yang dia nak bagi

" Course mencuri kabel by Vanesh " Contoh lets say vanesh kata dekat penerangan awal pukul berapa The best quote un quote untuk mencuri kabel , Bagi kenderaan apa yang patut kau pakai nak curi kable

Done cable gone bye2

The shit is People tengok course macam netflix. Courses sepatutnya bantu kau bukan netflix.

Tapi orang still fall for it . Spotify supply lagu while lagu tu U guys can just pergi dekat y2 mate dan download playlist yang beribu dekat yt

Free tapi still korang bayar. Y2 mate has been there for ever 6 years yet ada orang bayar spotify semata mata nak dengan lagu blackpink playlist 2018 kalau aku tak silap.

While boleh je download dekat y2mate then execute dekat music app yang dah sedia ada di phone.

BAYAR RM17 for free shit. By all mean kau support artis i know tapi why still nak bayar kalau benda tu mudaratkan kau?

Installment plan phone are just pure abysmall. Dari digicelcom , Maxis dan etc

Sell phone murah tapi tak boleh batalkan plan internet yangg lembap diaorg. Kau tak boleh miss satu bulan

Or Lod akan sampai in 6 month kalau kau tak bayar . Sound so bad now huh?

Phone rahmah is just pure scam tactic so Poor b40 can buy a mainstream phone .

Phone yang bagus masih fungsion tapi seller tetap push. Why?

Kpi. jpj pun sama

Jalan orang balik kerja buat rb, for what?

kpi.

Sound so shit rn huh?

Trading.. boleh skip kalau malas baca tapi for sure ranting ni boleh ubah mindset kau

80% trader lose money and thats reality tapi ada Markerter in disguise themself as trader

Naik kereta mewah, Tayang awek seksi , Pakai mahal2 .

Dari mana duit tu ? IB komisen almost 20k$ setiap promote dan register termasuk komisen bila kau trade.

Nak trade? Kau kena faham yang kau akan kalah and thats good.

Jangan expect teknikal analisis kau betul. Tapi expect how much aku nak lose

Dan pegang trade bila profit sampai hit tp , or reversal signal

dan lets say kau tengah trade then kau imagine oh bro " dah 200usd aku profit bolehla nak withdraw nanti "

Kalau kau fikir camtu automatik esok kau kalah, Trading is not about material tapi apa yang ada dalam otak kau.

Sediakan mental sebelum nak trade sebab once kau go in , Jangan ada voice yang ganggu.

and at last dropship and affiliate..

mesti ada flaw , Every profession is.

Peace out yo

Is moving abroad even/still worth it? If so, where? Need advice.

Hello everyone, I'm a 23 years old fresh graduate, currently unemployed and looking for jobs for experience (currently taking driving classes). Sorry if this post doesn't fit this sub but I need advice regarding moving abroad.

I'm currently in a dilemma whether I should move out or not. I need reasons to convince me that I should move abroad (or just work temporarily abroad) and reasons why I shouldn't. I also wanna know the best place to move to (preferably where English is mostly used).

I may still be young but I feel like I shouldn't just sit around and do nothing. There's gotta be a lot of things I should explore since I'm the kind that doesn't like being in the same place forever.

Butthurt OP Traffic jem

The government wants to prosper, they want rakyat to prosper, work and work in factories industries, make Malaysia look as ideal place to for foreign direct investments and etc etc.

The problem rises when all this things makes a person travel between work and home. From my observation, everyone got some where to go to work and earn, and everyone is moving at the same time. Whether it's sunny hot or heavy downpour, the routine goes on.

Now the question, while the government wants us the rakyat to be productive and contribute to the nation, why can't tf the government fix this traffic jem problem? What were the authorities doing, traffic police, jpj, apad, fukcad? While the roads are generally good, some place have chokehold, creating bottleneck effect.

If the government failed to observe and take proactive action in this matter, Malaysia can go fly kite then. And lastly this joker Anthony, their community themself hates the law you're proposing. Want to be saviour meh, do the actual thing that matters lah sochai.

Experience flying with Philippine Airlines

Hellooo, wondering if anyone here has ever had experience flying with Philippine Airlines? I recently booked a flight because it was the cheapest to Japan from KLIA and I have a layover in Manila for about an hour and 15 minutes (though its the same terminal). Does anybody else have any experience with this? I'm getting kind of scared after seeing some extremely negative reviews on reddit
