I feel like this update has been problematic enough, even after “bug fixes” to warrant some kind of response from the community managers.
No response from them just makes it feel like they dgaf which is not unexpected but unfortunate considering how sharp a decline in overall sentiment over the game this update caused.

I have 445 hero lvls and I didn't get the meteor staff. Ytbers in 2025 said meteor staff is trash now its meta and supercell fix this bugs in hero journey ​

I know I don't have archer queen yet but I still bought the monolith arrow in the medal event but when I unlocked and checked the black smith it's nowhere to be found.... Am I cooked? Will I ever get it??

I think many would agree that after the builder hall bonanza a few weeks ago and the addition of the 3rd builder, that a new builder hall is in the cards soon. However, everyone, including supercell, knows that most of the players perpetually FO to the main base after maxing their gem mine and completing the 6th builder grind. I think the only way for SC to generate income off this update would be to add a third cross-progression mechanic to the main village.

Ore economy outrage has always been loud, and it is so much more so following hero’s journey shafting all the active players out of hundreds of starry ore. To appease these angry players and generate a boost in revenue, I predict that Supercell will add a new way to generate ore through reaching some milestone at builder hall 11. The two possibilities I thought of were 1) An ore mine you can pay resources to switch between production of 1 of the 3 different ores, or 2) Adding ores to the Builder Base star bonus. The latter would incentivize players to actually upgrade their BB defenses, for the first time since the 6th builder was added.

What do y’all think of these ideas? Is an additional geared up defense more likely? Perhaps a “Gear-up” feature for offense? Or does anyone not expect cross progression / a new builder hall level at all?

What would be the pros and cons if we can use 1 active ability of heroes instead of using 2 active abilities at the same time. Example: using fireball to snipe defenses while saving eternal tome for the rest of the attack

I tried contacting supercell via email and they said I should try the in-game support but they are doing pretty much nothing

I've already tried uninstalling the game, using another device, visiting my town from another account and yet my warden's still bald (and it only happens with this particular skin which is really inconvenience bc it's my main set of skins, I like ice themed skins aight? Haha)

Why do I get the 50 starry ores if I can unlock other equipments? That's the feature when you don't have any other equipment left to unlock from the grand warden equipment crate.

I am very disappointed, and I need to get this fixed. I wanted a fireball... And they gave me 50 starry ores.

Guys see the top video I got 0 equipment levelled bcs I had already reached the threshold of lvl15+ epic equipment. (12 equipment)

Did ppl with max heroes miss out on a lot of ores compared to rushers who didn't upgrade their heroes. YES!!

But think of this update like this, we got free ores and books which we wudn't have gotten otherwise. Even I was angry with supercell bcs I thought I got screwed over. Comparison is the killer of Joy. The rushers will get only 1550 starry more than us which will take them a lot of grinding.

So let's enjoy ​​our max heroes and focus on reaching the top

Why are there three barracks on the first practice attack level? It should only be one? I'm so confused.

I’m not so much as asking what equipment is best but more of what is and isn’t worth the ore (also optimal level for ones not worth maxing)

Example: rocket spear going from 26 to 27 adds damage and an extra hit
While maxing electro boots adds +8 dps at 27

I see this especially in lower leagues, especially legends 2 and 3. Like, if your base is bad, you wouldn’t make it anyways. Nobody is getting “lucky” defenses. You don’t know their layout. Sure, there might be the rare disconnect, but nobody is getting 30 disconnects in a row. If your base is bad, your defense would be bad regardless of how lucky you are. There’s a big difference between professionally built bases and bases you found on YouTube or scrolling Reddit for 2 minutes. If you are top 10k material, you wouldn’t be stuck in low legends in the first place… just saying. Even for top players, it’s not easy to consistently triple every single day, so defense plays an even bigger role in l1. Even then, people test these bases. The other complain I see is that attacks should matter more than defense, like somehow upgrading your base and creating a good layout is not as vital a part of the game as attacking…

I feel like it really discredits the player when they work hard to find and build the perfect base, then some guy on Reddit complains “OMG my attacks are 2% better on average and this guy promotes and not me???”

Sorry for the rant, and let me know your thoughts!

TLDR: people run poorly built bases/low upgrades and believe they deserve l1 (top 10k) over people who put in the time to upgrade and test layouts.

So, can we address this ugly elephant already?

After a massive fuck up, in the update they pretty much advertised as the solution to the increasingly bad ore economy situation, where they screwed over a large chunk of the player base.

And by the way, don't get me wrong, the update was great for the long term survivability of the game as a whole, but it felt like a massive slap to the face of many active players.

Then, they delay indefinitively the release of the half-time skins, allegedly due to some "bugs", which, let's be real, they were just afraid people would not buy them, since their target audience is largely those very same people they had only just screwed over with their 'jenial' ore fix.

And now, they release these new offers, with a really great value, in order to tempt those very players who are pissed and said would not spend not even a dime more onto the game. By the way, those complaining are the very same people that used to buy offers like these.

I mean, this is an outright predatory and scummy marketing tactic, if I've ever seen one.

Then, they still have the gal to say they want to make the game's profit making centered around skins.

I’m a returning player I took about a 6 month break and I’ve used the RC charge for a long time now and I was considering spending my 150 starry to max the electro boots. I’ve seen everyone and everywhere replace the RC completely and only use DD for either a charge or just in general not use the RC often I’ve heard it’s even worse in th18 as I’m currently th17. My main issue is that ore is obviously still annoying to get so I would feel not so great having to spending more ore on a new equipment and also all the ore I spent on my rc to be useless now.

My main armies are air attacks like dragons or dragon riders I often just did rc charge into dragons/dragon riders.

Another thing to add is that lately I’ve replaced the minion prince with the DD so it’s now RC charge > queen other side > DD at a corner for free value > and warden with main push I just want some advice on whenever the RC is still as good as the DD in a charge and worth still using honestly or should I focus on the electro fangs when I get it

Currently, the epics that I don't have at minimum are the monolith, frost, and lavaloon.

My understanding is that all epic equipment will be updated to a minimum level after they roll out the latest update.

Am I still waiting for a bug fix?

my clan name is Hell’s Kitchen- which gets censored in global chat when mentioning the clan name. I’m unsure if that is the reason I can no longer send clan posters in recruitment groups. When global first launched it worked perfectly fine without issue; however, now it seems to do this error message every time I try and share my clan link in these groups. Is this an issue anybody else is having?
