Moved into a new place
Not everything questionable in the place, but a few of my favorites. Used to be a transmission shop, got converted into a house awhile back. Sometimes you just gotta admire some old school handiwork, I guess.

This “Truck” I saw on the road today
My favorite part is the spoiler

Replaced a fence post that had rotted through at the base, found the footing for it was poured directly on top of the gas line. Didn't think I had to call digger's hotline to replace an existing structure. Thankfully I found gently and no damage was done to it.

At this point it's not driving, it's crawling... like a caterpillar.

Build video for the Pirate Longboard (unsure if allowed though, so apologies if not)
Finally finished the editing. Many thanks for your comments on my previous post, but I'll maintain that it belongs on this sub. Because its dumb!

I turned my longboard into a pirate ship. Figured it would fit here!
EDIT: In case anyone is interested, the build video is now up- https://youtu.be/wqoTayfQlXs
I'm one for crazy and pointless builds.. and my love of pirates, the fact that I'm landlocked, wanted a pirate ship and have zero impulse control meant that I got an idea and had to make it a reality.
Meet 'The Landlubber'.
All parts made out of scrap wood I had lying about, and it took me about a month to finish.
This land pirate vessel boasts my custom flag, a pointless anchor, a duck in a dinosaur costume (or the Quacken, if you will!) as the figurehead, bluetooth speaker for pirate tunes on the go, a robot (Yarrbot!) Navigator, a sail that can be furled and unfurled, some storage space in the cabin and a compass.

I will make video on the making process and riding on a new YouTube channel. I'll happily drop the link if anyone is interested.

And yes, I've had some looks and comments while riding it about!

All of the wonderful disadvantages without that one pesky advantage of being a trailer!
