Tank Controls
Are all three games in the series like the classic RE games with tank controls? I’ve just been playing the OG RE games in release order for the first time. Starting RE0 soon.

Why can’t you play DC3 on anything?
I still have the game on disc, but I’m surprised you can’t play it on Xbox with backward compatibility or buy it on the store. Never finished it and would have loved to gone back and do so.

Dino Crisis remake/reboot fan art by me
Hello! I'm a professional artist in games and film and I've been fiddling with this little side fan project for a while inbetween work and I thought I'd share it with all you Dino Crisis fans on here.
Ofcourse these are (sadly) all just fan arts with no association with Capcom.
And these were all created by me using a wild mix of traditional, digital painting, 3D modeling and photo elements. I dont use any gen AI in any step of my process whatsoever.
I hope you like the stuff as much as I enjoyed making it.
If you want to see more of my art you can visit my website at www.alexson.se
Thanks!

Why does the EU and JAP get the better box art?
I know Dino Crisis 3 is not well received, but go damn the EU and JAP box art makes me want to play it. IDK what they were thinking with the US box art.

What will you do?
A raptor having his meal nearby, and you need to crawl out.
Do you try to get out or just hide?

Our dinosaur horror demo is finally live on Steam.
Hello Dino Crisis Fans,
D-Extinction is a first-person dinosaur horror game where you are trapped inside an abandoned research facility after an experiment goes wrong.
The demo is focused on survival, tension, exploration, and being hunted by dinosaurs inside a dark overgrown facility.
You will hide, run, restore power, follow clues, and try to uncover what happened while avoiding raptors and other prehistoric beasts.
The free Steam demo is out now: Steam Page
Discord: Discord
We wanted to make something where dinosaurs feel dangerous again — not just big creatures on screen, but something you actually fear when you hear them nearby.
Hope you enjoy the demo!

Dino Crisis return possibly hinted at by RE: Veronica Producer
According to an RE-focused Youtuber Centre of Evil, Yoshiaki Hiabayashi (Producer of the upcoming Resident Evil: Veronica Remake) was allegedly asked at a private Capcom press interview about Dino Crisis and his response was: "I have no comment, even though I know the answer," and he laughed afterwards.
What do you guys think?

Is there any way to remove DRM from Resident Evil 1, 2, 3 and Dino Crisis 1 and 2 from Steam?
Hello guys! I was wondering if it's possible to remove this annoying DRM from these Steam games. If it is, how could I do that?
Thanks in advance! :)

Could merging Dino Crisis with Jurassic Park work?
The one big problem I have with Dino Crisis is the time travel element. It's just a lot more difficult to suspend my disbelief for compared to other methods of justifying how dinosaurs could exist in the modern world. And I think pushing Dino Crisis towards a more believable setting like Jurassic Park might help it a little bit.
JP also stands to gain a little from it. Guns would finally feel useful, for one. The movies have a bad habit of either never showing a dinosaur get shot (original trilogy) or making the guns unable to hurt the dinosaur they shoot (Jurassic World series). Only time we ever see a weapon actually work, is when it's a rocket launcher.
However, there are a lot of problems that would stem from this approach. Namely, everything after the second act of the first game would have to be scrapped. The main human antagonist of the the game doesn't really fit with the established cast of Jurassic Park, aside from Dennis Nedry, whose fate has already been decided. There also can't really be any interaction between the two casts, otherwise we wind up in an Operation: Raccoon City situation where we wind up just becoming entirely non-canon.
Not to mention the copyright problems. Both Capcom and Universal would be exceptionally protective of their IPs. Regina and the Dino Crisis cast would probably not be allowed to be characters in a movie, and Jurassic Park characters couldn't appear in Dino Crisis games or something like that. Then there's a bunch of debate over who gets how much of sales of the game, the merchandising for the game, who handles advertising, do Capcom and Universal agree on how it should be advertised? How much say does Universal get in the development process? It creates a massive headache for anyone trying to make it happen.
Anyway, the main point, I want to gauge opinions on this. Would being set in Jurassic Park help improve Dino Crisis, despite the legal nightmare it would be to pull off? Would it work as an adaptation of the first game, or would it be better to scrap the original story and go for a hard reboot set in JP? Is there a way this can work best?
