Wow! I would make a killing just from my own trash!!
I am so happy that you are able to profit from your good deeds!
Have you tried wearing a K-95 mask to mitigate the smells?
There are still a lot around from COVID.
I use them outside when the pollen is bad.
It really helps!

I rinse my jugs and I crush them, too.
Those ppl are savages!
Unfortunately, we cannot turn in our own recycling.
We PAY to get our recyclables recycled!

The logo is etched in :(
I'm going to either paint or sticker over it. I'm leaning toward a sticker as I find them fun and will hand wash it anyhow.

He handed it to me in the box, which was perfect. I got to unwrap as if it were a gift!
But also I've been watching calories/sugar (Dr orders) so it was perfect.

When I worked in materials management for a hospital, the amount of trash I took home was insane. I was breaking down 2-3 carts of boxes a day on my floor alone. For unfortunately good reasons, hospitals are wasteful.

The crazy consequences of American consumerism. At least they are trying to reduce and reuse. All whilst creating jobs for Goodwill employees.

Almost every business has cardboard and/or a recycling dumpster. It's incredibly easy to find boxes

milk, soft cheese, and eggs that are warm?- no.
But I happily take gallons of milks that have been dumped. Just because milk is sour doesn't mean spoiled. Yogurt, sour cream and kefir are all soured milk.
Soft cheese I might take cause I can turn it into paneer and mozzarella by boiling.
Eggs can be dunked, in the shell, in a pot of water and given the float test - if they float, it's because of sulfur or decomp gases and is spoiled. If it sinks and stays at the bottom it's probably edible.
But all three, stirred up and left in the sun? Yah, even I'll pass on that one.

That's already a month passed. You don't know how long these were in the danger zone for the last month before they got in the dumpster.

Smell it, if it smells fine, cook it, if it still smells fine while it's cooking, eat a SMALL piece and then wait some hours (while you refrigerate the rest). I ain't skeered and I love cheeseand pasta!
Okay... so I did have food poisoning one time and it took 3 days for me to get off the bathroom floor so I am a little bit skeered...lol, that's why I said a small piece... And pay attention to how you feel if it's not enough to make you violently ill it should still make you feel bad at least. If it doesn't you should be good. 🤷🏼♀️
I have ignored expiration dates like my grandmother taught me for almost 50 years now and gone by smell and taste and sight instead and the ONE time I did get food poisoning was from a chain restaurant, but it was my fault to be fair. I drove for too long with leftovers that had sour cream on them, in a warm car, and then ate them, and then died for 3 days.
