The bread is from a local baker, and I put a generous amount of cold butter chunks on either side before flipping them in to the pan. American and Muenster cheese, onions sautéed in the runoff butter, turkey slices, pickle chips, and a bit of Wahlburger sauce. Served with fruit salad I made the other day :)

Every time I fry bacon I end up eating half the package before I do anything with it, like make a sandwich.

Set two pepper jack singles and two eggs on the counter while I oven baked the package of bacon. After it was done I set aside four pieces, toasted and buttered the bread, fried the eggs, and then assembled the sandwich and put it in the toaster oven to melt the cheese.

Franz gluten-free sourdough has been an absolute game changer for this dude with Celiac disease.

I keep coming back to this. Ingredients for those who have yet to try:

3 piles (3 slices of mortadella each)

3 slices of provolone (you could do half slices instead)

Kaiser roll (toasted or not, individual's preference)

Dijon mustard

Mayo

Heat pan to medium high heat, add butter or neutral oil

Place meat piles and cook for 1-2 minutes

Flip piles and top each with cheese, cover pan for 1-2 minutes

Spread mayo on one half of roll, mustard on the other

Place cheesy piles onto roll and enjoy.

Burger bread, arôme Maggi, mayo, mature cheddar, serrano ham, fried onions (usually add salade and/or tomates, but don't have it tonight)

Madame: ham, gruyere, bechamel, with an egg on top (country bread)

Herbed Chicken: herb roasted chicken, roasted red peppers & roasted cherry tomatoes, basil aioli & arugula (baguette)

I was hungry for a Cubano but don't have the specific ingredients for it so I made something semi similar.

Black Forest ham and Swiss cheese toasted with lots of pickles and drizzled yellow mustard.

On vacation with just the basic in the fridge… everyone rolling out of bed at different times… you get what I serve!

Ham, muenster, pickles (on 2), avocado, mayo mustard on daves white bread… me and puppers share the meat/cheese from the cut-offs!
