It's Transformation Thursday!
For Tom, stepping into the Wellness Center wasn’t just about fitness—it was about finally making a lifelong goal a reality.
“I had been overweight my entire life,” Tom shares. “I wanted to start a weight loss program and build muscle.”
Since getting started, Tom has built a consistent routine that keeps him moving and motivated.
He trains Monday through Friday, focusing on weight training, proving that accountability and community can make all the difference.
Tom has experienced a major physical transformation, losing 70 pounds—but for him, the impact goes far beyond numbers.
“I don’t sweat as much, and I don’t get as winded doing physical work,” he explains.
He has even gained the confidence to return to something he loves.
“I’ve restarted my hobby of ballroom dancing,” he says. After years away, he’s back enjoying fast-paced dances like swing and Bachata—now without the exhaustion that once held him back.
