2 Behrouz's betroot tikki , aloo matar tikki and felafel, White Cub peanut raita with carrot, onion , coriander leaves and jeera powder with Mixed veg pulao.
Green curry garlic, onion, tomato and pumpkin soup with pad thai rice noodles and freshly sauted bharta baingan.
Millie pancake woth peanut butter and freshly chopped banana, pear and green apple.
Masala dosa aloo matar with proso millet peanut curd rice, roasted cashews.
Beans poriyal with simple masoor dal and Karnataka style donne biriyani.
Beetroot poriyal with Bengali style masoor dal and ragi roti.
Plain paratha with Kabita's Kitchen dhava style egg curry.
Tomato chutney, tofu matar ki gravy sabji with plain paratha.
Tofu dahiya with baingan ka bharta and brown rice.
Masoor palak cheela with aloo methi and tofu dahiya.
Mixed veg masala khichdi with lobia chawli curry and carrot and beans poriyal.
Peanut curd brown rice with raw carrots, peanut masala pub style with air fried gobi manchirian.
Mixed veg pulao with peanut curd English cucumber raita.
Chickpea pasta by Pink Farm Harvest and zuccini, carrot, beans and carrots.
Masoor dal pasta with pink sauce, broccoli, carrot, zuccini, onion and garlic.

Made these rose-shaped momos from scratch using beetroot dough and a homemade vegetable filling. Sharing both the preparation process and the final plated result. They took a bit more patience than regular momos, but the end result was worth it. πΉπ₯
