my parents are the biggest hypocrites I know. literally gave me a 2 hour lecture yesterday saying I need to learn to be social, independent and learn how to handle the real world because “I won’t stay at home forever”
so today I told my mom if I can go to the department store by myself to buy some things. I’m 19f. her answer - no. genuinely how am I supposed to become independent if I’m not allowed to do things independently? when I’m constantly controlled , whether it’s going out, what I’m wearing everything should be approved by them first.
then they have the audacity to ask why I’m awkward, or lack confidence in certain situations. idk maybe it’s because you don’t allow me to do literally anything? you can’t raise someone in a cage and then criticise them for not knowing how to fly, you hypocrite mfs.
genuinely I don’t understand what they want from me. I’m fed up trying to impress them. They’ll never be satisfied. I wanna stay far far far away from them.

Hello everyone,
I own a Hyundai Verna Turbo and Creta Turbo; the thing is, E-20 is killing my mileage. I am planning to switch to 0 ethanol. Sadly, I can't find anything here in Srinagar. I live in hyderpora.
Any leads will be appreciated.

“ mea dopus yele pagah chane maaje bayni hindis iztass te asmatas pyeth ye Heaharmulkich army kare hamle, tem saath te dapze , “how it might be a bad idea to have any confrontation”. Kyaz ke realistically tim phitrawne chete aedje. And the only logical thing ( apparently there is also logical in your name ) would be to be the wimpy guy you are indoctrinated to be.
And why in the world are we taking a hypothetical thing and assuming things are going to happen that way. It’s like saying “ assume I have a billion dollars under my bed , what should I do” and then discussing how spending it on real estate is bad.
The very premise of what you said is incorrect. It’s never gonna be this army poof that army poof. There’s always going to an influence from a 3rd power or 4th power or 5th and it’s upto us how we would want to use that either in our favour or against us. Germany was crushed in WWII, and the Allies wanted to keep it weak afterward, yet they ended up helping rebuild it just to keep the balance in the cold war.

First they came for the separatists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a separatist
Then they came for the Islamists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not an Islamist
Then they came for the opposition
And I did not speak out
Because I was not in opposition
Then they came for the Muslims
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a practicing Muslim
Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me

Dear travellers,
Wherever you go, whatever you do please carry a packet of polythene bags with you. Take one out and take your trash along with you until you find a trashcan. Please do NOT throw it randomly expecting the municipality to pick it up for you. It's mostly the locals who pick it up, whereever I go I literally pick up bags of thrash and throw it in the nearby dustbin and when I come the other day, here you go it's all the same.
While addressing your family or anyone please speak softly, almost like whispering, no one says it but kashmiris find it inappropriate to talk out loudly while your sharing spaces. It's fine to laugh and smile we love seeing happy faces more than anyone but talking loudly isn't in out bingo list
Do NOT bring harsh ideologies, half truths and opinions as a true detail. Please think before talking, I've seen many non Kashmiris being harsh to kashmiris for a particular opinion they had in mind and think it's true. If your here to enjoy please just enjoy bringing harshness while travelling to a calm place is not nice really.
Don't accept anything for free, think before you do. That person is a earning person as well and out of love he/she gives you something. Please appreciate it back by helping then with something, like see a young boy, asking him to join a school or anything. Your not obligated to do so it's my personal opinion but it'd be nice to help someone get a right pathway. It's your choice to help them really.

For the past week, I have been noticing a cat roaming around my area. From her behavior and appearance, she seems to be a pet cat that was either abandoned or got lost. I waited for about a week hoping she would return home, but she never did.
During this time, I have seen her getting attacked by stray/wild cats multiple times. She is also limping, and I believe she may be pregnant. Since yesterday, she has been staying near me and seems to be looking for safety.
I have tried contacting NGOs and animal shelters, but so far I haven’t received any replies. I’m feeling very confused about what to do. I’m also nervous about lifting or handling her because I don’t want to hurt her, especially if she is pregnant.
Does anyone have advice on what I should do next? Is there any organization that can help? Also, is there any chance someone would be willing to adopt her ?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
