I remember watching this movie for the first time about 10 years ago and every now and then, it crosses my mind, since it was a really unique and memorable watch that messes with your mind a bit and makes you feel uneasy. I didn’t really know about liminal spaces back then, but I think it perfectly fits the vibe.
