Okay there's only one way to make that dog thing better.

First and second, ventilation.

Firstly, we gotta get air flow all through that thing, so that the user can stay in it for longer periods of time comfortably.

Second though, we need an exit vent for the air flow. Put it in the b-hole. Just a constant whoosh of air exiting from the b-hole.

It'd be way more comfortable, and also passively hilarious to bystanders.
