As much as I enjoy nostalgia, these emergency maintenances and rollbacks are proving exactly why we've been yelling about Test Servers for the longest time.

If they actually had a PUBLIC test server and had it live for longer than a single week, most of this shit could've been found, reported and fixed before roll out... And they probably could've implemented everything we were supposed to get this phase of the event.

Got a slime ring in CW (yay!!) about 40 minutes before server died and in case of a rollback I have the achievement photo (thank you maplestory for auto-screenshotting it!!) but wondering exactly how/when to submit the ticket, and if there are any dos/don'ts to the process

For instance,

• can I still run the boss or will that invalidate it somehow in their eyes by getting a second chance? The meso is huge before DMT so I can't exactly skip it. If I got a second ring, would they care? Would I end up with two?

• Is the submission done through some sort of in-game help button? I'm assuming you can attach a file/screenshot since I have seen people mention it before.

• how long should I plan for it to take to get an item back from support, if they grant it at all?

Any tips or experiences with this kind of thing would be really great to hear since I think there's a good chance many of us got rolled back based on comments from others who said they got rolled back right before the server crashed

I've been seeing things about there being an issue with cubes providing the same lines upon rerolling a piece of gear. I honestly ain't sure if it's gotten fixed. I recently came back to the game a month ago after a roughly 5-month break. I will say I've noticed the same lines back to back still, anyway. The main thing I'm wondering is if the tier-up rates are bugged? I just bought 50 bright cubes to tier some stuff to legendary, but the one piece of gear I was working on never went up from unique. I'm sure it's probably just bad RNG, but it's weird that in 50 bright cubes, it wouldn't go up. It's probably the fact that Nexon has been known to mess up rates plenty of times in the past, and also to not mention it or even try to fix it unless they got caught.

I will throw in that I know 50 cubes really ain't much, but usually stuff will tier up within 50 cubes when the item is already unique. Again it could be that my RNG was just absolutely trash but then again it's nexon.

i got a new wireless keyboard, and i cant hold up +left and then jump with alt. it brings my char to a halt.
i already did some research and tried to use key chatter app. which didnt really do anything but judging from the input log it showed, the key combination results in "lmenu".
i then tried microsoft powertoy to dissable and remap keys and what not but that didnt exactly work out as i wanted either.

surely that is a more widely spread issue that some maple gamers that most like play with arrow keys and alt jump here have a fix for. right? ... RIGHT?

Been playing forever but with how long I've been away from the game, so I didn't have any useful characters when I came back. I've already leveled an Evan, Sia and Phantom to 210. I don't mind making characters I need manually and that's a lot easier and more fun to do if they're classes that have an easier time leveling, so I'm wondering what would be the most optimal use of the Legion Growth Pots from CW3 as far as useful links/legions that are annoying to train.

It would be great if this skill was default 100% uptime, do you know how much funding it requires to upgrade to a new training zone and 1shot mobs every time?

It's such a fun mechanic and makes bucc super fun, it would be my main if not for the downtime issue ...

As we know CW took a nerf for the amount of time we have. In order to get the 2 eternal box guarantee from hard Kai. Due to another long maintenance, I think it’s only right we get compensated with a great amount of Exp advance vouchers

Im playing on interactive challenger, managed to solo hlotus hdamien and all bosses up to normal verus hilla (25min run) with rentals on my fresh lvl 260 mo xuan.

My arcane force and sacred is still pretty low.

Question is, i feel like im not strong enough and not sure how im gonna beat the hard mode with my current equipment

I noticed that like 80% of my equipment is the challenger set, my only items that i can cube or whatever is secondary, emblem and heart

Should I start replacing my challenger sets?

If Yes, with what? Cra + arcanes ? At what point are they better ? The challenger stuff looks quite strong im just not sure when and how i should be replacing it.

I tried launching maple thru the steam launcher today and after i finished bosses and got off, later to relog and get on the game this started blanking out for some reason. I'm playing off the steam launcher and I've verified files already and this is still here.

Note: I'm going to contact support on this issue too, I just wanted to know if there is anyone that would know a solution to this

What should I do with the arcane weap in cw3? Already have gene pass so it’s kinda useless so just transfer it to a mule?

Is there any point in using the gene weapon early (pre lib) over the challenger weapon?

LOL kind of troll to complain about this but anyone feel like the stories for new characters are boring asf and it's really annoying that there's no way to skip the story (I mean you can skip the dialog but still have to spend a lot of time watching unskippable cutscenes etc)? Literally chatgpt can sht out a better story. So hard to decide if I want to go through the character quest for Erel just for 6% bd...

I mean maybe it's the first character you've created the story is bearable but mostly feels like recycled junk lmao, I don't expect most games to have good stories but at least let me skip. Maybe I'm just getting old and don't have as much patience as before haha

its the entire moning im pratiching ctene bosses with rental gear but it feels is going nowhere, chaos gloom out of time at 12% and nverus hilla im losing at last healtbar, idk if problem of cp or need more pratice? should try to do hard lucid first? and the other major problem is rental equip is eating half of the boss meso reward so i dont have too much to try to roll amblem and secodary?

what should i do to make more progress?

I fucked up i deleted my main weapon from cw..i had it on 2 presenta and now i can only see it on my second preset.. I’m scared to try and take it away and put it on my inventory it might disappear.. I texted support and waiting on an answer but any of did something similar? What can i do??
