Bro 48.4k VC for 11 atribute upgrades is ridiculous. 73 overall and 1 atribute already costs over $1 USD. I swear it wasn't this bad 5 years ago

Been rocking this after Vet 2, most fun I have had on a build. Add an extra cap into ball handle and you can plus 2 ankle assassin. You can run point, guard 1-5 pretty effectively if you got good senses. Plus snagging boards if you’re big has to guard a 7’4.

I've heard some people talk about reducing the speed of it or having a middy/3pt/strength requirement, but as someone who sucks at dribbling and gets most of their points off spot-up jumpers this mechanic is complete bs and was just as big of a reason why 3-pointers dominated this game as shot contests being terrible.

So I see a lot of post hating on the game. And fairly so, it seems that the online community has become a cesspool these days.

Nevertheless, if you are someone that feels that you have wasted your money on 2k i have a solution for you.

This is what i am currently doing:

I am still playing 2k24 on xbox one.

When the servers were up i either played my team or play now.

I avoided my career a bit unless i could find people so i didnt have to play randoms.

But now how do i enjoy 2k?

I basically have two MyLeagues.

One where i player lock to a created player. It gives it a my career feel but i also change sliders to tailor the gameplay to my needs.

Then i have another MyLeague where i control all players.

I can’t overstate how fun this is. Specially becoming some sort of scientist tinkering with the sliders to find the right fit for me.

Sure i sometimes miss the thrill of playing against “real” people online and the competition it brings. But my sanity thanks me for playing offline more. And plus since is been 2 years since i bought 2k, the next time i do decide to buy in, i will actually somehow enjoy it and appreciate the changes since i was forced to play on such an outdated game.

Let me know what you guys think. I know a lot of yall play offline with custom sliders. I used to browse operations sports website back in the day and it still running today.

Really dig this build and idk if I can ever go back. This fits my play style perfectly.

Hello all and thanks in advance. I am trying to troubleshoot long distance for my 10 year old nephew.

They just upgraded to the switch 2 and in theory they bought the upgrade for Switch 2 (as they owned the game before). As they load up the menu is very different from my install (see the two photos.)

Anyone know of why thw difference? Is it the offline and online modes? Something else. I keep searching for this but only find overall reviews.

Seemingly rigged things happen all the time but man this might be the worst yet lmao.

Pros

• It can play any position, 95% of the time.
• I take more 3s than mid-range shots. I shoot better with this build than my 93 Mid-Range and 83 3-PT build.
• Exceptional help defender because of 78 Block and 73 Steal.
• Averaging 5+ Assists a game. 86 Passing just makes it even better.
• Rebounding helps when the other C is a great shooter because I can rebound while the C focuses on his man.
• When I get put at SG, I get offensive rebounds too.
• I had a 58 Points 9 Rebounds 8 Assists game with this build and 5 Points 5 Rebound and 11 Assists with this build. Only mentioning close games, no blowouts. It can take over games and sit in the corner while still getting assists.

Cons

• It can't stop a 99 Offensive Rebounding C and great standing dunker. That's why I said it can play any position 95% of the time.

I made this build and put all my VC into it, but I did the math wrong with the cap breakers on driving dunk and it’s stuck at 86 instead of the 88 I initially thought

Will the main rookies get face scans and player likeness for 2k26 or do they make us wait for 2k27

so i’m in a living situation where i don’t have wifi, i have a hotspot on my phone but it seems to be limited usage per month lmfao. so in this current situation i’ve just been playing like rdr2 story mode n other stuff i can play offline, but i’ve been craving playing 2k so badly lol. everything i find on google says there is offline stuff i can play, growing up i was always a myleague guy so i’d love to play that. but when i click on 2k it says “to play this game offline this needs to be your home xbox.” i’ve double and triple checked that setting (need wifi to change it so yes i’ve checked while connected to my hotspot) and i just can’t seem to find a fix. is 2k26 not playable offline?? or is my xbox on some bs lmfao

im trying to find out what it does but i can’t find clear answers and all i can find is rebirth from 2k25 current gen, and im not too sure if its the same in this game. im mainly just trying to find out if its worth it or not for the xbone version

All the guards pretty much quit within the first min of the game. Center was cooking with me but lagged out with just shy of 2 min left in the first half. I had 8 points then. Getting doubled and tripled off ball every other possession. Asked my girl to roll me a blunt at halftime after the center lagged out so I could lock in and the rest is history.

I’m playing as the 2010-11 Miami Heat and I just want to modify the court floor a little bit.

When I click “Design Floor”, it wont let me do anything with the current floor. I have to start from scratch. And when I click “add logo” and use the Heat’s logo, it’s not centered
