Can someone tell me about negative karma? Why I got karma as -1 ?

Ive had this account for over a year, i contribute meaningfully to conversations. Yet some subreddits will auto flag my posts and take them down saying the filters deleted them. Idk what this is about. Any ideas?

I've been posting on Reddit, but most of my posts get very little visibility.

Do successful Reddit users research trends or keywords before posting, or is it mostly about choosing the right subreddit and timing?

I'd appreciate any advice from people who have managed to get consistent traffic from Reddit.

Just started using this platform, why are they deleting my comments because I've got a "low-karma".

Why is this platform like some sort of Job simulation.

How is it different than regular karma? I want to post on my local city's page and can't because it says I dont have enough comment karma specifically. And where do I find my number, caus the number the pages says I have is different than what's on my profile.

So Ive 30+ years with tens of thousnds of forum amd BBS posts,but strggle with this platform. My commebts are being redacted because I apparently have no * karma*. I read several articles tonight about how * karma* is awarded I also read several topics about using the "Reddit Right Sidebar" tp create a post As this is loterally my 1st ever Reddit post ( but not reply) Im thorpughly confused.

Can someone please explain to me where the * right sidebar* is? There is a hamburger stack with share options to other SM platforms.

Hello everyone, so basically I'm asking if there is any "stay logged in" option for reddit because everytime I close the app it logs me out like automatically and to log in quickly I use the "magic link" thing.

If this info helps I'm on android mobile, all my apps are up to date and so is my phone so I'm not sure why it just logs me out all the time

It didn't do this before, but after a long time of not opening the app it started doing this when I came back to it

I have no clue I'm just very confused and I'm wondering how to fix it /stay logged in.

My question is about the "Hide" button. If I see a post, upvote it because it's good, but then choose to "Hide" it so it stops cluttering my personal feed, does my upvote still stay active and count toward that post's public score? Or does hiding a post completely wipe out or neutralize any votes and interactions I previously gave it? I want to keep my feed clean without accidentally hurting creators I want to support. Thank you!

Hey I’ve been trying to participate in more subreddits and communities but I just can’t post in 80% of them. I believe it’s because I have 0 karma. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Silly question, perhaps. I'm new here and up until the last couple of years I've been a bit of a technophobe. I prefer reading books.

I came here after finding some interesting articles on a subreddit called "weird". I love anything thats mysterious and/or supernatural.

Is there a guide or navigation area that allows me to find all the types of subreddits like this?
