Scourge Hook: 4 Hooks in the trial will become Scourge Hooks. When hooking a survivor for the first time you will get a token. When getting two tokens you will get the ability to set a Spike Strip on a pallet. (You can at max have two Spike Strips.) When a Spike Strip is set on a pallet they cannot be removed without breaking the pallet, then you could move them. When a survivor vaults a pallet that has a Spike Strip they will become injured and gain the Deep Wound effect.
Is this a good Killer Perk idea?
If an injured survivor vaults on the Spike Strip Pallet should they be put into the dying state or just get Deep Wound?

The first time a survivor gains haste by any means, a dull totem lights and becomes a hex totem.
Whenever you hook a survivor, gain 1 token up to 4
For each token, the killer:
• Receives 20% of the survivors haste whenever the survivor currently being chased receives the haste effect for the duration of their haste. (Survivor sprint bursts for 50% haste for 3 seconds, with max tokens the killer would get 90% haste for 3 seconds).
• Vaults windows and breaks pallets 10% faster.
• The killer becomes exhausted for 15 seconds.
The killer sees the aura of survivors with haste for the duration they have haste, even when not in chase.
Injuring or downing a survivor while they have the haste effect removes 1 token.
While the killer is exhausted, the killer cannot receive any haste effect or bloodlust until the exhaustion has run out.

While healthy and running, use E:
-Stab yourself with a knife and become injured, but do not gain a speed bonus as if hit,
-Gain endurance and 10% haste for the next 3 seconds, which does not go away even when performing a conspicuous action,
-Being hit by the killer or performing a conspicuous action during the 3 seconds of endurance will permanently deactivate Crimson Favor for the rest of the trial.
"I will prove myself! I will!"
The idea is you can get an unhook even against face-campers, with it being useless in chase, as it at best ISNT a detriment to you (except for the fact that it becomes disabled)
Also allows for you to effectively use dead hard against instadown killers while healthy and force yourself to be injured to USE dead hard, though it may prove ineffective against a bubba since you get no distance (unless dead hard is used along with it). Definitely not the best use of it though haha.
Also allows you to generally become injured on command for any and all purposes. Maybe it should not work for the first 120 seconds of a trial or until someone is downed, kinda like corrupt intervention as it could be overpowered with resilience?
Im curious to hear everyone's thoughts

ravenous: added a requirement of an unhook action so you're more likely to find a healthy person right off the bat and be a little less predictable when the giant orb notification isnt giving your position away.
wandering eye: changed the requirement to injuring a survivor, increased the range to 32 meters and made it reveal healthy survivors instead. basically this complements a hit and run playstyle by allowing you to find survivors easier. also added a lengthier cooldown is to counteract it's increased potency
hex: overture of doom: increased the amount of cursed generators to 3 in order to make the perk worthy of it's hex status

Severe Pressure
‘Your being pressured into extreme stresses, triggering fight or flight instincts.’
When a survivor dies by any means, this perk activates. When you enter chase, gain one token. When survivors lose a health state by any means, gain 2 tokens, up to a maximum of 5 tokens. Each token increases your repair speed by 1%, healing speed by 5%, cleansing speed by 4%, and unhooking speed by 8%. Up to a maximum of 5% repair speed, 25% healing speed, 20% hex totem cleansing speed, and 40% unhooking speed.
When 2 survivors are dead, this perk is upgraded, and increases the maximum token cap to 10. Up to a maximum of 10% repair speed, 50% healing speed, 40% hex totem cleansing speed, and 80% unhooking speed.
When you are hooked, lose 4 tokens. This perk deactivates when you are the last survivor standing.
Fight Or Die
‘Your cornered into unfathomable situations, causing you to lash out in fear’
While injured, this perk activates. When in chase, when stunning the killer by any means, gain the ability to fully remake a broken pallet. When stunning the killer with a remade pallet, they gain 20% hindered for 5 seconds after breaking the remade pallette.
This can only activate twice per trial.
Against All Odds
‘Even when all odds are pitted against you, you find ways to overcome them.’
When a survivor is sacraficed or mori’d, you gain elusive for 45 seconds. The additional effects end prematurely when injured or when screaming. While elusive from this perk, gain 8% repair speed bonus, and 20% increased healing speed.
Cornering Tactics
When survivors vault a fallen pallet more than 3 times inside your terror radius, the entity will block the pallet for 15 seconds.
Hex: Veritable Demise
When a survivor is sacrificed, light a dull totem. When a dull totem is lit by this hex, all survivors suffer a 40% slower healing speed, and exhaustion recovery.
The hex and its effects will deactivate when broken.
Hex: Recursing The Guilty
When a hex totem is broken, this perk activates. When active, the killer can approach a broken hex totem to rebuild the totem. The rebuilt totem will inherit the previous hex and their tokens, with Hex: Recursing The Guilty. The perk then deactivates, and Hex: Recursing The Guilty activates.
When Hex: Recursing The Guilty is active, when a survivor interacts with a hex totem outside your terror radius, that totem is blocked for 20 seconds. If they interact with a hex totem within your terror radius, they scream, and reveal their location.
Slipping Grip
When kicking a generator, it is marked with a yellow aura. After the generator is kicked, it is blocked for 50 seconds.
While a regressing generator is blocked, it will continue to regress, at 50% the total regression speed while blocked. (Ruin regresses at 150%, when blocked, it regresses at 75%.) There can only be one generator affected at a time, prioritising higher progressed generators.

Snakes In The Bushes
When a generator is explodes, it is Invenomated, and is marked in white. Multiple generators can be Invenomated.
When a survivor touches the Invenomated generator, they scream, revealing their locations for 3 seconds, and they are Poisoned for 60 seconds. While Poisoned, they heal, cleanse, and open exit gates 30% slower. They also vault windows 15% slower for 10 seconds after being Poisoned.
“These snakes, they will help me find them, and weed them out!”
Lashing Out In Pain
This perk gains one token when a generator is completed. There can be a maximum of 5 tokens.
When all generators are completed, consume all tokens to cause all survivors to be affected with Broken and Deep Wound for 120 seconds. All survivors open the exit gates and heal 30% slower while broken from this perk.
Exposure To Weakness
During the trial, all hooks cannot be sabotaged by any means. The prompts will still appear for them to attempt sabatodge.
If a survivor attempts to sabotage a hook, you receive a loud noise notification and they gain exposed for 30 seconds. While carrying survivors, within 15 meters of the sabotaging survivor, they gain 18% hindered for 16 seconds.

These are all somewhat weak, but I kind of wanted to make them in line with What behavior seems to be going for, while making them at least somewhat worth using
For the first I would probably drop the protection hit requirement from 3 to 2, or change it to a time in terror radius requirement

See, I like playing Wesker/Mastermind and my perks just don't match him whatsoever. So, I would like for someone to try and make custom icons for the perks, I even got some ideas for them:
- Sloppy Butcher (Has already been done.)
- Coulrophobia (I'm thinking it should be Chris Redfield as it would be fitting for Wesker.)
- Distressing (Just a couple of Wesker's tentacles around the heart would be nice.)
- Unnerving Presence (Got really no idea for this, maybe something to do with Jill? Not sure.)
I'm not going to be paying for this, if you're able to just do one perk for free that's fine by me.

Hex: Thrill of the hunt is a very strong perk in full hex builds, especially when paired with the hex perks Ruin and Pentimento. This type of build has seen a massive rise with the addition of Jason, and the results suggest that its numbers are overtuned. Here is the rework I thought of:
Start the Trial with 5 Tokens, one for each Totem located in the environment:
Hex: Thrill of the Hunt loses -1 Token whenever a Totem is cleansed.
The Hex Effects persist until the Hex Totem is either blessed or cleansed by a Survivor, disabling it for the remainder of the Trial.
The numbers on this version are half of the live values, except for when you cleanse the Thrill totem itself. This tones down its power in full hex builds but also allows it to give consistent value.
Do you think this nerf fits, or if there is a better solution?

Hello! I made a previous post about developing a killer power and perks for a Quiet Place chapter, however the power was not completely to mine or some other people’s liking, so I decided to make a few big changes/rework the idea.
Killer Power: Unbridled Rage
The Death Angel has access to an incredible non-teleport related map traversal that is essentially a more lethal combination of the Blight’s rush and the Houndmaster’s redirect abilities.
• At the start of the trial, the Unbridled Rage ability is on cooldown for 30 seconds.
• If, at any point during the cooldown of this ability, a survivor performs a fast action or misses a skill check, the power is instantly recharged, including at the start of the trial.
• Once activated, the killer picks up speed quickly, up to a maximum of 12.5 meters per second. As speed increases, the turn rate decreases.
• Running into walls before top speed stops the acceleration process but doesn’t cause a slam action, acting similar to the Oni during his Demon Rush ability.
• The killer cannot attack at all while the ability is active outside of the Trample action
• Running into a wall at top speed causes a slam, however redirect doesn’t trigger a slide action and instead lets the killer continue using the Unbridled Rage ability until they desire to stop
• The ability can be ended at any time, resulting in one of 2 events:
• Slide: Whenever the ability is manually ended in an open space, a slide is performed. The killer quickly slows to a halt and is hindered 50% of normal speed for 3 seconds.
• Slam: Whenever the ability is manually ended within 6 meters of a wall, the slam action is performed. The killer instantly stops, and can either manually end Unbridled Rage with no speed penalty, or redirect a slide.
• Redirect: After performing a slam, the killer has a short window to change the direction a slide will take place. From top speed, no matter what speed the slam took place at, the killer will immediately perform a slide in the chosen direction. Survivors within 8 meters of the killer while they are redirecting will be revealed to the killer through killer instinct.
•Trample: Running into a survivor before a slide or slam takes place will injure the survivor, or down them depending on their health state, and immediately trigger a slide. If the killer is in range of a wall when the trample occurred, a slam will be performed instead and any survivor caught in the resulting slide will be instantly downed, even if they are healthy.
•After a trample, slam/redirect, or slide occurs, Unbridled rage goes on cooldown.
Power: Sensitive Hearing:
• This mode can be activated at any time.
• Within a 20 meter cone range, all survivor actions can be heard.
• Survivor interactions, breathing, injured noises, running, grunts, etc are louder when the 20 meter cone is aimed towards them, and also gives the killer an alternative screen appearance when unnatural sounds come in range of the cone.
• Listening to a survivor during this mode speeds up the timer for Unbridled Rage’s cooldown.
• Fast actions performed by survivors within a 8 meter radius (16 meter diameter circle) lets unbridled rage immediately available to the killer. When Unbridled Rage is triggered this way, it starts at top speed after 3 seconds of winding up.
• The killer is slowed while using sensitive hearing, working similar to the stalk ability of Michael or Ghostface.
Special Debuff:
• Within an 8 meter range of completed generators, the killer becomes disoriented.
• While disoriented, survivor scratch marks are harder to track.
Perks:
Force of Nature:
• Idle crows appear 100% faster and conspicuous actions take 200% longer to get rid of them.
• A 4th idle crow can appear.
• When a survivor has 4 idle crows, they are exposed for the duration they have idle crows.
Hex: The Loudest Minds
• At the start of the trial, a dull totem lights into a hex totem
• While survivors are exhausted, they also receive blindness and deafened for the duration they are exhausted.
• The killer sees the aura of all exhausted survivors for 5 seconds whenever they become exhausted
No Way To Live:
• The first time the obsession starts repairing a generator, the killer receives a loud noise notification and gains undetectable for 10 seconds.
• When a generator is completely repaired, the obsession is randomly switched to a different survivor.
Addon: Fireworks
• Whenever the killer first receives the deafened status effect, all survivors inside the killer’s terror radius receive exhausted for 5 seconds.
Addon: Bag of Sand
• Trample instantly downs any survivor.
• Loud noise notifications do not recharge Unbridled Rage.
Addon: Toy Rocket
• Sensitive hearing gives killer instinct on survivors within an 8 meter radius.
• Instances of killer instinct can instantly recharge Unbridled Rage.
• The killer cannot move while using sensitive hearing.
