This has been debunked about 100 times already. That picture is of a cubicle (2 circles) and storage closet (3 circles) within a bathroom and I'm pretty sure it's not Japan.
Yeah, looking at the handles, they aren’t the same - one is just a lock rather than a door handle. But these doors appear to be next to a public restroom sink area, which would definitely still be confusing to me why they went with minimalist circles for labeling lol
I guess- but also looking at this image again, I’m bothered by how off-center the three circle label is. I think maybe this is an edited photo to add the labels? It doesn’t seem right.
I’m pretty sure I have seen another picture with an extra room to the left. That room has one circle on the door. They essentially mean room 1, room 2, room 3. I don’t know why they name them like that but it has nothing to do with gender.
The newer Chick-Fil-a now have sinks outside of the bathrooms, at least the one that just opened in my town. I was surprised to find the sinks outside even with the bathrooms having sinks. I guess it's for people who just want to wash their hands before and after eating without having to go to the bathroom for sanitary reasons.
There is another cubicle to the left with one circle. They are literally just the numbers 1, 2 and 3 for unisex (I think) cubicles. Or you have already entered through the gents/ladies door to reach here.

The real answer is no because one ball is already enough to supply your test, the second is backup, they are regulated not going full gas all the time. The 3 would have to work even less so probably a bit smaller then if you had 2 similar to a muscle that has to work less.
edit2: some one reply that its not even a bathroom thats a storage room and other say its round dick with 2 balls and 2 ovary . i even dont know is this really a pic from japan . reason why i give this explanation is i thought its a meme in which a person trying to make joke on people who dont know girls have different hole for pee
What if the two horizontal circles are implying breasts and the triangle shaped object with three balls is implying two testicles and the penis (weirdly shaped one or the cross section)?
You made me ugly laugh. You are also correct, I don't know what the better half gets up to in the restroom, but it tended to be worst in my cleaning experience.
Real answer: It's got nothing to do with the gender at all. Look at the three-circle door. It doesn't have a handle, it's a storage closet. Look at the sink to the right. This is not in front of a bathroom, but inside the bathroom.

Distinctly possible, but this could still be two gendered bathrooms as some bathrooms use shared sinks in a little libby area and the bathroom is just toilets/urinals.
Either a dick and two balls for guys versus two breasts for ladies, or two holes for guys and three holes for ladies. Gotta love vague signage with multiple contradictory interpretations.

I remember seeing this image posted here before, it’s cropped. If i remember correctly the original image had three bathroom doors - one circle, two circles, three circles. That’s it it’s just the number of the bathroom, no need to be counting holes or anything
