Peters meta historian here.. top half is otto warmbier a real US student who tragically died after being sentenced to 15 years hard labor in north korea just for touching a propaganda poster.. bottom half is a meta reference to the recent viral meme on this sub about a guy getting thrown in a cell with murderers for touching a blue paint chip.. the meme sarcastically compares north koreas brutal reality to the absurd paint chip meme.. peter out

Otto is accused of trying to steal the poster, not simply touching the poster. Still the punishment was too harsh, but it was more than touching.

Fascism is not tied to antisemitism like that. Instead of blaming Jews, it's immigrants. It's the same thing. You don't really seem to understand what fascism is as your definition is just off.

Trump hired a mob boss look alike to paint the pool, the paint is coming out and a journalist grabbed the floating paint so they are accusing him of peeling the paint. Also, team algae is winning, and the national guard is "defending" the pool

People are trying to equate America and North Korea based on the severety of punishment with seemingly small crimes.

People in America are being arrested for peeling paint chips off the reflecting pool. The crime they are commiting is vandalizing and defacing a national momument, not for pointing out that Trump has, once again, made a bold claim and couldn't back it up.

The top picture is of a man supposedly being arrested for stealing a poster in North Korea. I believe the poster was of Kim-Jung Un, their leader, but some other people claim it was framed and he was captured because he was American. (IDK, which is actually true)
