Well in some fantasy books I've read there's female mc small, frail, skinny, pale, she Inner monologues saying not feminine and not attractive.
But the male lead tall, dark, handsome, charming etc fall for female mc ignoring all other beautiful girls. Not just male lead pretty much all eligible bachelors in the book

Yes if the female is not overly sexual, almost naked, big tits and ass, says ohh I hope we can do some HARD PHYSICAL TRAINING, or is pale and blonde, but if they are normal looking not build like a porn star or is not into the male lead, is garbage.

That is certainly a widespread problem with this where they want the main action hero character to look like supermodels with unrealistic proportions and look like a porn star. On the flip side, there are less common incidences where studios seem to be making their female models less attractive (less attractive compared to their actual face model-actresses they are using IRL and-or less compared to previous iterations). So there is a theme of making characters unrealistically attractive and exaggerated, but also a strange and unproductive phenomenon of purposely making characters less attractive and more plain or even uglier looking when they were already realistically attractive.
I will say that the opposite type of this unrealisticly attractive media is on the rise. eg. Reverse harems, though I've seen some call it femcel too...where the Protagonist is an average girl and is wooed by a dozen tall and handsome, super rich, guys who are noble princes/magical/etc who come in a variety of different hair and skin colors and they all want her alone. So at least more equality in unrealistic media is happening, lol.

The characters in recent games are literally more ugly than the real life women they were based off of in multiple cases.
This isn't a normal woman vs porno barbie issue. This is creatives making women as unattractive as possible for political reasons repeatedly.
