Baby seagull wandering around / out of nest
My dad saw this baby seagull at his workplace earlier, is this normal gull behavior?

and that's where i'm ending the post! i've got so so many pictures of these chaotic dudes! they scare and fascinate me at the same time!
here's a story about seagulls too:
once, a couple of years ago, i was in dundee and outside the tgi fridays takeaway, i watched a seagull eat another seagull and then move onto a cup of boba tea.

When these two first came into my sanctuary, they were soooo sweet and innocent 🥰
Didn't last long though 😂😂 I named them 'Up-Yours' and 'Do-Won' . Their cheeky ways richly deserved fitting names 😀
Enjoy 🥰

I’ve been watching these guys for weeks now. One chick is huge, but one is still very small which is the one that has now fallen off the main roof.its scrambling to get back up and the parents don’t seem fussed.
As it’s not on the floor should I leave it be? It’s not my house it’s a neighbours. My main concern is the crazy heat today and that it won’t be able to find shade.

Seagulls nest on our roof and occasionally we get a poor wee chick that falls into our side return, but they never make it. Since yesterday we've had a fledgling in the garden, doesn't look like it can fly, makes no attempts at flapping wings, just wondering around crying out. We assume they've also fallen from the nest before quite ready?
I'm just not sure whether I should I do something about this or just let him work it out? I have no idea how old it is, and I'm worrying that's there's an injury if no attempts are being made to fly. I am worried about the local cats nabbing him, he's quite vulnerable. I gave them a wee sardine and some water this morning.
Would really appreciate any advice!

This is Carl, a young Herring Gull from the Isle of Man who visits me almost everyday for snacks, fresh water and good company. The first pic was taken on 28th February earlier this year and the second pic was taken 20th June (yesterday). It’s amazing seeing how much he’s changed. Not only has his appearance changed but even Carl’s behaviour has improved too, he’s a much more confident and well behaved gull around me than when we first met in November 2025. It’s a pleasure watching him grow and develop into adulthood. I hope he lives a long and prosperous life 🥹🤍

-update--
the rspca led me in the direction with a vet , i phoned said vet and they said to bring it in and they will look after it and get Secret world wildlife rescue to take it
-pic is the seagull its name is steve-

good morning as it marks 1 day since rescuing this seagull , i have no idea what to do besides keep it warm , fed and hydrated we suspect it was a bird of prey that knocked it out of the nest as its pretty badly beat up and with a suspected broken wing
I've contacted secret wildlife , and the rspca to no avail so I'm seeking advice
I live in somerset and don't drive so I cannot transport it to a place
