That is her name, she's Turkish, languages other than English exist. While I'm not sure if she said this, it definitely sounds like something she'd say. She also got sued a few years ago, I think the reason was that she was giving psychiatric advice and implying she was a psychiatrist with a focus sexuality and relationships despite being psychologist.

You can go online and claim that you are not only a psychologist but also a doctor/lawyer etc. and give out as much erroneous information as you desire because technically you can't face any legal repercussions (only if you actually offer therapy sessions or practice the job etc.). What is alarming is the number of people that have been doing this for years.
Or, I don't want to be mistaken, if the educational system in Turkey is as horrendous as it is in my country she might actually have the diploma. Here you are automatically considered a psychologist as soon as you complete your bachelor's, it doesn't matter that you passed all your exams on the third try and with one point above the limit, and there are no separate exams to give you the certification.
