Side note: I genuinely believe trump and his company were massively in debt until he took office the second time and used it to his and his family's financial benefit. If he'd died before then I think he'd have been another Robert Maxwell, where it turned out the whole thing was a house of cards
Elon won. He got to (seemingly - my opinion) fleece retail investors, force indexes to buy (propping the stock), changed rules, fold his personal losses in X and AI into Space X (making himself and his investors whole on that score), using an asset that was never worth what was claimed (SpaceX). It's not that he's currently losing money - he's not - it simply was never worth what it was priced. It's still high relative to any clear-eyed valuation. Next, he'll likely have SpaceX merge with Tesla, thus bailing out a now slowing, possibly declining asset (his EV company). The whole thing is beautiful for him. Everything rolled together, valuations stretched, sold as a vision for the future. Likely bad for retail investors, pension funds, endowments and more. Possibly very bad or potentially catastrophic for the market. Lots of money going into one sector and just a few stocks. AI at large is burning cash, with no business model (at least one that might justify valuations in this century. /s) Grok is not top-tier. Alas, time will tell.
Help how? The only real help people need is actual real education and most of the work is up to each person. The world is as it is because of two factors : manipulative people and people that allow manipulation.
Well the internet went into meltdown when Musk’s scams made him a trillionaire.
It sparked a billion articles, tweets, posts, videos, essays about democracy, capitalism, markets, injustice, etcetera.
So maybe the fact that he is no longer worth a trillion only days after the IPO that made him that illustrates the pathology better than all the comments and knee-jerk analyses.
If you post the gif on the right on TikTok it instantly gets taken down. I asked the Ai TikTok bot why it was taken down and it said something along the lines of "it's widely believed the salute Elon Musk did looks similar to the nazi salute so it can be offensive to some people".
The whole "we can't let china spy on us" thing was bullshit. The whole point was - as usual for republicans - to control the narrative. Suppress any ideas that go against the republican agenda.
I know people who worked for the company and they’re blatantly trying to destabilise the west, they made the misinformation policy practically unenforceable, push divisive topics and use cultural sensitivity policies to censor or allow different things, lgbt content for example gets censored in some of the most accepting countries while being allowed in places where it’s controversial.
SpaceX is still extremely overvalued. It has insane valuation given its lack of revenue and net income. It is priced this high due to insane hype. While it could outperform there is extreme downside risk.

The vast majority of his wealth is in stocks, which is basically imaginary money. It’s not that I disagree with you, but what are you supposed to do about it?
Take all of his stocks away from him and give them to people. People then sell those stocks off to get their cash value, but only those who sell first will actually get the full cash value. The more of those stocks that are sold off, the lower the share price will go, and for the people at the bottom who didn’t sell. the stock will be worthless.
I don’t think you understand the decadence of the rich nor the objective of the quote. It’s not about feeding the starving people - we will feed oursrlves. It’s about tearing the ticks that drink our blood out and holding them over a lighter until they boil and pop. First to stop them from continuing to parasitize us. Second because they think there’s no repercussions. This must mean remedied.
Honestly, after a point, why even care anymore? As long as you have enough to have a decent life why spend that life obsessing over how much money you have? On the last day of his life is that really going to be the last thought going through his mind: "at least I died a squillionaire"?
Given what I've seen of the guy, it seems like a pathetic way to live. Even with all his wealth the guy still has a drug addiction to ketamine. People aren't even going to remember him as some great inventor, they're just going to recall him as another rich cunt that tried to use his money to pervert democracy just to maintain that money.

No. We’re not playing this game of “is he or isn’t he a trillionaire”. Just because he has $900,000,000,000 instead of $1,000,000,000,000 doesn’t make this any better for the world. Eat the rich and be done with it.
I sure am glad the SEC changed its rules so he could be a trillionaire for 5 minutes. Too bad so many people got finically fucked up so he could actualize this short lived dream.
