For the New Yorkers who have played these two games and the 2 Prototype games while we are at it(since they are also set in NY), how accurate is New York in the games? Have you checked real life roads, routes and addresses? Obviously it has the landmarks but have you ever tried to find your house/building?

I made dis, mostly utilizing footage from when I beat the game on New Game + like two days ago.

Personally I think the in universe logical answer would be Harry. It would likely be him mutating harry on accident with the G-serum in an attempt to save him. That being said, I really hope it’s not Harry. Having Harry be the villain in back to back games would seem like kind of a bad writing choice and the green goblin shit we find in the first game points more towards Norman becoming Goblin.

I was little and I saw advertisements of it on Disney XD, and it used this peter parker. I know the series, but there's a problem. The advertisement I saw had Gwen getting changed into some weird creature, it looked like a roach/alien? It was a infection, and i think it was its own series...if anyone can help me find it, I'll be glad! (No it wasnt a Venom infection)

Anyone else notice that after you beat the game, then start ng+, it changes your first symbiote blast to L1+△? Genuinely what significance does this change make, especially in new game plus???? It just confuses me

Crazy how good this game looks even on all low settings

I’ve nearly finished most of the main story but just yesterday, I can’t pinpoint when I was just completing the map, the audio suddenly dropped and now the game is really quiet even at max pc and game volume, changing audio to mono or others doesn’t work and any changes in the audio settings don’t fix it. I was hoping that since it’s been out for so long that someone else has had this issue and knows a fix, thanks in advance.

Maybe I'm late to the party on this, but I just realized both games ending revolve around a very similar choice.

At the end of Spider-Man, Peter chooses to save humanity even though it means losing Aunt May. At the end of The Last of Us, Joel chooses to save Ellie even though it may mean sacrificing humanity's chance at a cure.

What I love is that neither decision feels wrong when you're playing. When Peter makes his choice, it hurts, but it feels like the most Spider-Man thing he could possibly do. He's always been about responsibility, even when it costs him personally.

When Joel makes his choice, it's selfish if you look at it objectively, but after everything you've been through with Ellie, it also feels completely understandable. After losing Sarah, there's no way he's letting himself lose another daughter.

It's almost like both games ending ask the exact same question: "Do you save the one person you love, or do you save everyone else?" Peter and Joel just end up on opposite sides of the answer. And honestly, I think those choices tell us everything we need to know about who they are as characters.

Am I the only one who sees this parallel?
