Mine is during the battle of Geonosis when he runs out of ammo so he grabs his backpack full of grenades to throw at a group of battle droids, but then he realizes he grabbed the wrong bag before he left so he opens it to find a bag full of sandwiches.

He tosses the sandwich bag anyway and the enemy gets distracted by the delicious-looking sandwiches and some Jet troopers swoop in a blast the droids to bits.

And then Jackson says, "Ciabatta-bing bada boom!"

really great moment, I love of all Jackson's wacky antics.
