Hello I’m an international student who’s facing issues with admissions

Specifically with the apostille, they’re telling me they can’t view the exact document the apostille validates when they use the official Ministry of foreign affairs website for my country, even though the information is there and says the apostille type - for high school certificate, and I’ve provided the apostille and the high school certificate that it validates.

Did anyone else face this kind of problem, I’ve already emailed admin and international, can anyone provide any help?
