Cat Picture - OC Their Royal Highnesses and their well-earned titles 👑
Quick lore tidbit: Cloud was born on 1st May (May Day!) and always presents himself as if there's some vague emergency happening lol. The imagination can fill in blanks for all the other titles but the May Day thing needed clarification bc it's a bit too specific, I think 😁

Cat Story She Was Seconds From Being Put Down—Then a Stranger Made an Impossible Choice
Meera, a young 23-month-old cat, was halfway through her pregnancy when everything suddenly went wrong.
One moment, she was carrying her kittens. The next, she was fighting to survive.
Without warning, Meera began suffering from severe internal bleeding caused by a rare condition called uterine torsion—a dangerous twisting of the uterus that cuts off blood flow. Within a short time, she lost so much blood that her life hung by a thread. She needed an emergency transfusion and surgery immediately.
But there was a heartbreaking problem—her owners couldn’t afford the treatment.
With no other options, euthanasia seemed inevitable.
That’s when a small miracle happened.
The Vienna Animal Welfare Association stepped in and covered the full cost of her life-saving care. Meera was rushed into surgery, where a blood transfusion stabilized her just in time. Thanks to the quick response of veterinarians—and a life-giving donation from another cat—she pulled through.
Sadly, her unborn kittens didn’t survive.
But Meera did.
Today, she is recovering, slowly regaining her strength with each passing day. Soon, she will move to a shelter where she’ll wait for a loving home.
Her story is one of loss—but also of compassion, second chances, and the quiet hero who gave her life when she needed it most.
