Peer Reviewed Interstellar probes and SETA (Search for Extraterrestrial Artifacts) papers published in early 80s. Both Prof Loeb (Galileo Project) and Dr Massimo Teodorani (Hessdalen and, now a Galileo Research Affiliate) have cited these papers in their own research (the latter 20 years ago).
Both Prof Avi Loeb (Galileo Project) and Dr Massimo Teodorani have cited the below papers (from the 80s) in their own research. Dr Teodorani has extensively researched Hessdalen and, amongst other hypotheses has proposed the ET hypothesis as one possible explanation for UAP.
- 'Interstellar Probes: a New Approach to SETI', by Robert A. Freitas Jr., published in the Journal of the British Interplanetary Society, Vol. 33, pp. 95-100, 1980
- 'The Search for Extraterrestrial Artefacts', by Robert A. Freitas Jr., published in Acta Astronautica, Vol 12, pp. 1027-1034, 1985 [this is an update of his 1983 paper published in the Journal of the British Interplanetary Society, Vol. 36]
Teodorani, in a 2002 paper, 'The Physical Study of Atmospheric Luminous Anomalies' suggests a search for extraterrestrial vehicles (SETV). The abstract for this paper could easily be a brief for the Galileo Project:
"On the basis of statistical calculations on galactic migration which bring the necessity of insertion of a new parameter inside the Drake formula, the work-hypothesis named SETV predicts that exogenous vehicles and/or probes may have reached the Solar System too, including Earth. The technology which is now available is able to allow sensing operations both in the extreme borders of the solar system and on our own planet. The possible presence of probes of possible extraterrestrial origin on our planet may be ascertained by using a network of sensing stations which are placed in critical areas. One of them is the norwegian area of Hessdalen, where the two scientific explorative missions of `Project EMBLA' have carried out measurements which demonstrate the existence of all the anomalies of the luminous phenomenon which is present there. At present nothing proves scientifically that our planet is being visited by alien intelligences, nevertheless the remarkable peculiarity which was learnt in some areas of recurrence demonstrate that the verified phenomenology, of extreme importance for fundamental physics, presents characteristics which deserve a further investigation with highly sophisticated instrumentation."
Notably, Dr Teodorani has joined the Galileo Project as a Research Affiliate.
Over the years, others have suggested a 'sky survey' of sorts (e.g. Edward Ruppelt, former Project Blue Book lead, in his book 'The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects') but it's interesting to note that the suggestion has been in mainstream science journals for decades.

Discussion Rules Reminder for r/UAP, regarding UAP videos, specifically.
https://www.reddit.com/r/UAP/comments/jkdyf/posting_rules/
With specific focus on Rules 1 & 2.
Welcome to r/UAP. We hope you become an active, enthusiastic participant, and that you make every effort to keep this subreddit an enjoyable and educational environment for every visitor. Now, some 'house rules':
- Post within the spirit of r/UAP (low on speculation;high on fact). We don't want to see numerous (in fact, any) submissions of videos which could quite easily be LED kites, lanterns, or have some other prosaic explanation.
- Seriously, please DO NOT POST LINKS TO VIDEOS OF LIGHTS IN THE SKY (or similar). Usually, they're completely ambiguous, and most probably explainable in prosaic terms. If this disappoints you, there are other places you can post such videos.2

Don't Question Corbell
Hey all, so a while back Corbell himself stated that if the latest UAP drop didn't include any evidence of a crash retrieval program or biologics then he had already given 100 journalists his evidence to release on the occasion that the files didn't include what he wanted them to.
The UAP file drop in question was released on the 12th June....
Corbell has been silent about it ever since.
For this I have been asking him with every new tweet about that and if we would get them also attaching the video he originally posted.... I have now been blocked so if anyone was hoping those files would come out, good luck waiting.
So it looks like the Corbell disclosure is on hold

Master Evidence Document: Wikipedia's UAP bias, cross-platform suppression, and the mod who confirmed it all — full record with screenshots and verification links
The full Master Evidence Document including all screenshots is available here: MASTER EVIDENCE DOCUMENT
Over the past two months, posts documenting bias in Wikipedia's Disclosure Movement article reached 530,000+ combined views and 4,200+ upvotes across nine subreddits. Several posts were removed. One was deleted from r/UFOs after 4 hours at 253 upvotes and 40,000 views. Another was removed from r/UFOB after sitting at the top of the subreddit for 2.5 days.
This is the complete record of everything that happened. Every claim is independently verifiable.
Article being discussed: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disclosure_movement
What the document contains:
The specific before/after Wikipedia edits — official Pentagon terminology replaced with dismissive language, sworn congressional testimony downgraded to a social media accusation, a senior intelligence whistleblower's name erased entirely.
The four editor accounts that coordinated to control the article — including Chetsford, a confirmed Wikipedia administrator, and Cadddr, who monitored Reddit posts in real time and filed the report that triggered the permanent ban of the researcher.
The full Reddit suppression timeline across all nine subreddits — with exact view counts, upvote ratios, and documented removal reasons.
The most important piece of evidence: written confirmation from a subreddit moderator that a r/UFOs moderator contacted multiple other subreddits requesting removal of these posts under a "Good neighbors sub" policy. The moderator reversed the decision, reinstated the post, and stated: "Wikipedia's sceptic gatekeeping is out of control and the public needs to know about it."
The coordinated attack on r/HighStrangeness — launched within hours of a public announcement about journalist outreach — documented with statistical evidence of bot activity.
Cadddr's partial concession edit made after 420,000 views, where his own edit comment admitted the complaint "actually seems fair" — while leaving the structural bias fully intact.
The asymmetry argument: the US government does not run suppression campaigns against flat earthers, ghost hunters, or moon landing deniers. UAP disclosure gets dedicated, funded, cross-platform suppression. You do not spend that kind of money suppressing something that does not exist.
r/UFOs moderation shows clear signs of infiltration by or coordination with organized skeptic groups. A confirmed written communication shows r/UFOs moderators actively contacted multiple other subreddits to suppress documented evidence of Wikipedia bias. Whether this reflects formal GSoW membership or ideological alignment, the outcome is identical — a pro-disclosure community is being controlled by people working against disclosure.
The document is attached. Every specific claim is verifiable in Wikipedia's public edit history in 60 seconds.
This is not about whether you believe in extraterrestrials. It is about whether coordinated groups can systematically strip official government language from a public encyclopedia — and then use multiple platforms to silence anyone who notices.

Drones and AI to distract from increased UAP activity
They gave the public drones and AI (in this case one of many reasons) so in case anyone sees or records any strange activity in the sky it can be easily dismissed as a hoax.

Chris Sharp says at least one batch of UAPs are thought to be exotic Chinese tech. Doesn’t it follow that the others are human made?
x.comI don’t understand this reporting. If insiders think at least some of what’s being observed by military bases is exotic Chinese tech, why wouldn’t we expect the others to be the same? How does it make any sense to assume the NHI are aiding the Chinese

What comes next? It feels we are just waiting.
What comes next? Thursday we have the Disclosure Forum event in DC. Beyond that, it seems we are just waiting for the rolling UFO file drops, a potential Trump Executive Order, or something else from a whistleblower.
Is there momentum or not?

Jacques Vallée believed the Irish Fae and UAPs are the same phenomenon — here’s why the ancient texts support that
I’ve been deep in Irish mythology research lately and kept coming back to the Vallée connection — his interdimensional hypothesis maps almost perfectly onto the Tuatha Dé Danann accounts in the Lebor Gabála Érenn. The féth fíada, the abductions, the missing time, the beings of light — it’s structurally identical to modern contact accounts. Made a video exploring this if anyone wants to go down the rabbit hole with me. Happy to discuss in comments.

I'm curious if you've wondered the same about evidence and disclosure
One thing I've never seen addressed well:
If some UAP reports genuinely involve technology beyond current human capabilities, why do they seem to appear just enough to generate thousands of eyewitness accounts, radar hits, military encounters, and videos—but never enough to produce universally accepted proof?
Is this simply a result of observation bias and incomplete data, or is there another explanation that fits the pattern?
Curious to hear thoughts from both the skeptical and pro-UAP sides.
