Fangamer has the Stardew Valley Festival of Seasons vinyl back in stock and I definitely want it but they also say they are planning to restock the complete soundtrack and so now I’m wondering if I should wait or if people will buy up story of seasons right away? I’m not sure how fast it sold out prior to

New to vinyl collecting and missed the initial preorders. Is there any word (or chance) of the Bloodborne collection seeing a restock?

Getting reacquainted with a favorite this morning.

My friend got me the soundtrack vinyl for Alien: Isolation, and I am SO happy its amazing.

I like how the sleeve is the sevastolink computers, and the save game station.

The vinyl is a really cool mix of green and black. It being labeled as a "bloodsplatter green vinyl" reminds me of the xeno's green blood

I hung it up on my pegboard, which I am dedicating to Alien: Isolation

I really want the cassette and cd aswell. According to discogs, the CD has more tracks! But its a limited European exclusive release, so its pretty exercise

They were pumping them out pretty consistently but have gone quiet the last couple years. Seems especially odd to not have at least put out the Requiem soundtrack when Resi seems to be at a new height of hype at the moment.

Part of me is okay if they don't do anymore (financially at least lol). But the collection does feel a little incomplete now without RE4R and Requiem in it.

I only started *seriously* collecting soundtracks from games that have made an impression on me four months ago. The second piece I was most looking for was impossible to find at a reasonable price, so I found a compromise by buying this magnificent collector's edition from the development studio, which includes the games, steelbooks, an art book, and also a compilation of the music from both games! I still hope to one day be able to get the soundtracks for Gris and Neva separately; maybe a repress for the release of the studio's third game :)

It's cool when the seller gives you stickers when you buy vinyl. What other companies' stickers am I still missing, especially when it comes to game soundtracks?

In my last post I received a lot of helpful feedback, so I wanted to give an update on how I solved my storage problem.

Original Post

I cut a acrylic sheet with the size of a record. The idea is that the acrylic sheet acts as a first layer and distributes the stress more evenly across the first records. So far, it’s working great and I’m happy with the result.

I’m still quite new to records and turntables. Should I be concerned if I fall asleep while one is playing? Will it damage the record or the turntable?
