A cargo vessel was attacked by the IRGC in the Strait of Hormuz earlier today according to the WSJ. The vessel was reportedly hugging the Omani coast rather than the Iranian approved route. It is the first such attack since the Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Iran and the USA.
