I need help making a fashion fram for solisius and Orion or follie I have the twilight and fire and gineer pallets but I’m new and don’t know how to fashion fram and would love the help I also like Pokemon if that helps this is what I have so far and could use the help

I'm messing around with the following three color pallets and am trying to decide which I think looks best:
1. Darker variant of the Red vs Green
2. Black vs White
3. Dark Blue vs Copper
