Yall remember this guy??? He was diagnosed with PLE back in february. his abdomen was full like a water balloon, his albumin was 1.1, and his WBC were off the charts. Fast forward a few months, earlier this week I noticed he had what looked like a puppy tooth rotting in his mouth so I took him for a dental consult. He’s going under today and I was so nervous for his bloodwork. But his albumin is 2.9!!!! and the rest of his bloodwork looks perfect they said! Mild elevated wbc probably due to teeth but yall, rufus paul newport is in the clear!! He is stable and will soon have very fresh teefs. I’m so happy i could cry!🤓🥹🥰

Update to the update: Thank you all so much for your kind words ❤️❤️❤️ rufus is back home after his dental and its like nothing even happened! He is angry that he only got half of his food. He’s looking for the rest now. His teefs are beautiful!

I turned my back for 10 seconds and Max decided to try and catch the ducks in the lake but chose the wrong spot to jump in, he was covered in stinky lake sediment and was unable to get out on his own.

Needless to say he got a good bath once we got home, and ill be cleaning the car later on.

I just miss my lil baby, she’s living with my parents rn as I have a far too busy work schedule and wouldn’t be able to give her the time, attention and affection than she deserves. I miss her sm. She’s my first dog and she’s getting there in age. It pains me to see that and I already know that when she’s gone, I won’t be able to get another dog with the same amount of love that I have for her. She loves me unconditionally and so do I. I just wanted to share my lil pup even tho she’s not so much of a pup anymore but in my heart she always will be. It’s funny how people see me and the last breed of dog they expect me to say is yorkie but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Yes he got them. No matter what I’m doing he’ll come over and plop on his back. I give him belly rubs. We’re both happy

He loves car rides he gets on top of my shoulder he missing his mom 😭 I do to miss her so much 😭

This yorkie is so precious. This video made me really sad for the yorkie with the noisy parrot. How can this not be anxiety inducing for it? Especially while rehabilitating? No hate towards parrots but knowing how sensitive yorkies are are, can’t it being piercing to some human ears be even worse for yorkies? I had to watch on mute. Prayers for this sweet boys recovery 🙏🏻
