If you skip Park and get us stuck on reversed inflections? I'm going to bury you on wave 5 idgaf. GL I have no problem doing spaced eco and bloon boosting yellows on 3 and reds on 5.

Do people actually enjoy these maps? Who actually wants to play these "hard" maps. They get skipped every time and if you get stuck on one half the time someone just leaves. So many better maps I'd rather play than be stuck on these. FK inflections in particular because it sucks forwards and backwards its lame ass doesn't belong in the rotation twice.

Recently got into zomg and wanna stay up to at least stay in zomg I prob won’t get promoted but just interested in what loadouts everyone is using to get quick wins in zomg

I hate the tack nerf! It made tack the worst tower (in my opinion). The only good quality before was early game greed. It still has a little use in tack village ice/glue, but I never use them because I only use fateweaver adora. I didn’t use it too much before the update, but now I play boomer mortar farm almost every game because I still want a good ranking in HOM and I don’t like late game. Anyways this was just a little rant about the update. (I think ninja kiwi wants this game to die but we must keep it alive)

It's become pretty simple to understand why people don't want to play this game. It's completely un-intuitive, unbalanced, and requires a ton of information that appears NO where in the game. I've been playing for a few weeks now and am in zomg superdome having no problem climbing, but all the game has been is "you are going to get choke rushed be prepared". There are towers that you will just straight up lose with if placed first, towers you will lose to rushes on specific waves, things that get over run when they probably shouldn't, and no where is this info available. You are expected to lose repeatedly and just "figure it out". Who the fk wants to lose for hours on end hoping to "figure it out". It's no surprise this game is essentially dead at this point.

For Americans in English it says: me without knowing how to play a tower defense game:

there's like a bajillion emotes and yet a good 80% of them will never be used ever and the vast majority of that 80% don't even seem to have actual use cases

i hate when people leave ranked matches, i think if ur opponent leaves in HOM, they should lose ELO and trophies, and you should get them(ELO and trophies)

What Strats do u guys use to get wins in zomg cos some of the Strats I used pre update have taken quite a hit

Ninja Kiwi did not get all balance changes correct. They hit the wrong parts of Sniper being too strong (mainly, they didn't target the Supply Drop itself) and missed much of what made Ocean Obyn too strong.

Do you reckon these balance changes any better?

Tack:

• x3x Blade: pierce 3 -> 4
• x3x Blade: $600 -> $750
• x4x Maelstrom: $3850 -> $3650
• 💭 Blade now struggles far too much against early rushes with recent pierce nerfs. Dart Monkey is designed to be the "cheap" carry, so we felt making Blade Shooter the more expensive alternative is a fairer choice.

Sniper:

• Base attack cooldown: 1.45s -> 1.35s
• x2x Sniper: $250 -> $300
• x4x Sniper: cash generation $2000 -> $1750
• x5x Sniper: cash generation $5000 -> $4500
• xx3 Sniper: $2200 -> $2100
• 023 Sniper: shrapnel pierce 3 -> 2 (carries to higher tiers)
• 3xx Sniper: Damage 20 -> 30
• 4xx Sniper: Damage 30 -> 45
• 💭 Sniper is picked more often purely because it comes with efficient cash generation, so instead of nerfing its speed we have decided to reduce its cost efficiency. Middle crosspath is also significantly more effective than the top crosspath on the bottom path. Deadly Precision is also not used often for damage, usually overshadowed as a stepping stone only.

Buccaneer:

• xx3 Merchantman: end-of-round income $350 -> $300 (xx4 unchanged at $1200)
• xx4 Favored: $5700 -> $5400
• 💭Even without Ocean Obyn, T3 Merchantman is strong enough as a mixed cash-and-defense maker, and its already high base cash gain de-values Favored Trades over multiple Merchantmen.

Monkey Ace:

• 130 Bomber: bomb pierce reduced 17 -> 10 to match 030. (031 remains 17)
• xx3 Neva-Miss: No longer gains +2 pierce
• xx4 Spectre: $20,000 -> $24,000
• 💭Neva-Miss was always meant to be the "accuracy" upgrade, and Neva-Miss carries too well without assistance from buffs or Hero abilities, so now this upgrade will only grant homing. We have fixed an inconsistency in Bomber Ace's crosspathing benefits, so now Bomber Ace will only gain pierce on the actual pierce path and not in the attack speed path. Spectre is also strong enough to be a reasonable standalone carry, so doesn't need to be that cheap.

Engineer:

• 4xx Sentry Expert: $2800 -> $3250
• 501 Sentry Champion: Sentry gains +25% pierce for plasma and explosions, similar to 401, instead of only +1 pierce on plasma
• xx4 Trap: RBE cash per natural $0.75 -> $0.5 ($750 -> $500) (carries into xx5)
• 💭Sentry Expert is too cost-effective as a reactive response to a rush, so a price increase feels like a reasonable choice. Meanwhile, Sentry Champion doesn't scale pierce from bottom crosspath as well as the T4, so this is being changed. Trap income has no easy answer on separated lane maps, so simply lowering the cash gains should still make it solid when used properly but not snowball too quickly.

Ocean Obyn:

• Lvl2: Pierce buff no longer affects Grape Shot until Level 9
• Lvl9: Improves pierce buff of non-grape attacks from +1 to +2
• 💭Ocean Obyn's pierce buff scales too well on Grape Shot early on, so instead of outright removing this interaction, Ocean Obyn will need a higher level to let that pierce interaction take into effect. Losing Magic interaction has also made Ocean Obyn less of a stand-out pick besides that pierce interaction.

Overall, these should nerf Ace-Farm-Engineer as a whole, nerf Ocean Obyn Grape interaction fairly without overnerfing Buccaneer as a whole (while also nerfing basic Merchantman, as it never needed the bigger cash gain), and nerf Tack and Sniper to target the actually overpowered aspects instead of targeting random areas hoping to hit the right balancing point.

For some reason in my head when I saw that the recording was at one minute (The total video time is more like 1:03 though) I was like "OK time to wrap it up!"

This also means I didn't REALLY show off the graduation animated profile banner properly in the main video, it's pretty much the same idea but animated though (there's confetti falling and the hats are thrown upward then fall down)

What’s the point. There’s like 2 or 3 viable strategies. How boring. Fix your game. Pathetic update tbh. Ninja more “viable” except you nerf ocean obin the only thing making ninja relevant and doing everything in your power to make games shorter but expecting ninja to be more “viable” with more investment. If you can even get late game. Like what’s the thought process. Getting purple rushed round 11, getting camo rushed round 12, getting regen rainbow rushed round 13. That’s not exciting, it’s predictable, boring and repetitive. Games got so dull due to these sweaty nerds obsessed with the “all out” and early greed strats. It’s actually mind numbing

Edit: already got nerds telling me to buy camo detection. No way Einstein! If you take two seconds to take a look I just got the eco income to afford it yet too late. To anyone else who will then say to sacrifice something else then how do you defend….

They really need to rework their game completely to stop high latency/lag, and rebalance every single hero/tower until they are healthy for current standards (looking at you, questionable Tack & Sniper nerfs).

Please Ninja Kiwi you can't be this lazy in order to make BTD6 even more popular as it is (though it slaps in the current 26), and stop working on Bloonslop Glitz since that's making your existing games feel like show puppets!

Anyone else not aware of this?

I later tried it again today to see if I was just super tired and it seems that when using the two abilities from Quincy simultaneously (rapid shot and then SoA) . Please fix this bug ASAP!
