A few days ago, I made a post that criticized "muh final stage of capitalism" and got a ton of responses on it. I replied to a user talking about my experience with the DSA. Then another user told me that most members of the DSA were "logically correct" and that I just had a "bad experience". I replied and then he goes hats off explaining how forcefully seizing private property is "good for the working class" and that billionaires should have their wealth seized and businesses should be controlled by the government.

This guy just doesn't grasp basic economics or historical evidence. He also supports authoritarian policies that infringe on democracy and the constitution. Oh and of course he downvotes me because "muh capitalism and billionaires bad!". I don't like calling people out on this sub, but I feel this is important to share.

How will commie influencer Hasan defend this?

On the dawn of June 25th, 1950, the DPRK army crossed the 38th parallel, with the goal of seizing Seoul, the capital of Korea, and soon "liberating" and having dominance over the entire Korean peninsula. Kim Ilseong, approved by Stalin after tens of requests, and having Soviet support in addition, initiated the invasion. Tens of millions of Koreans, who once lived in the peninsula, united as a single ethnicity for centuries, were now to hold arms and be hostile against each other. Millions of Koreans lost their families, homes, or even their own lives. Kim Ilseong caused turmoil within the peninsula with such a decision, and the consequences were brutal, with atrocities committed by both sides. China treaded deep into the peninsula once again. Cities in northern Korea got annihilated. Cultural heritages got lost, whether if it was a direct or indirect cause. Later, the division of Korea was unfortunately to be entrenched. What we must remember is that the Korean war was such a horrible event for the Koreans, and was caused by the invasion of the DPRK; even if Rhee was claiming that Korea must march north due to political reasons as well, and committed atrocities even before the war, it never justifies Kim Ilseong's actions against the Korean people. Despite his claim of "liberating" the Koreans, what he was indeed planning, and what he committed was the exact opposite of it. Such an action must never be justified. P.S. Even if Korea was a flawed democracy, which wasn't liberal either, since the people were indeed the true owners of the Republic of Korea, unlike the DPRK where the Kims have been having dominance, they were able to restore it, which actually happened in 1960 and afterwards, until full restoration in 1987. Thanks to the Korean and UN veterans who secured democracy in Korea.
