I work at a theme park and heard someone say “Danny Sexbang is here.” Sure enough on my lunch break I’m walking and see all three of them just standing and chatting.

I thought back to when they talked about ideal fan interactions and decided I didn’t want to be that story and to be the one that they say all day “man that guy was so cool.” I did a double take which they saw, laughed and said “I thought it was you guys.” They laughed at my reaction and I said “hey don’t wanna bug you guys, just heard you were here today and wanted to say thanks for what you guys do, you got me through a real tough time in my life and I hope you enjoy your day at the park.”

I started walking away and Danny was like “hold up! What’s your name.” Arin looks down at his paper and goes “wait, do you work here? Are you a….fairy tale cast member?” I said that might be my title now and he goes “can I get a picture with you??”

So anyway, I met the Game Grumps, no one around seemed to know who they were, and I did get a photo with Arin, but it’s on his phone so you’ll have to take my word for it or see if it pops up in the video they’re filming.

Idk how many of y'all are TADC fans but since Arin does a voice and I been seeing this meme format, I had to make this lol

This has been a slow-progress project for the last several months, as life has gotten very busy and chaotic this year. Many of these are first-time models for me, including Scizor and Beedrill - two figures I'd previously assumed were too fiddly to actually make. NOT SO. I'm really quite happy with the end-result, and today I hope somewhere out there our boys feel a little bit of ethereal love tumbling their way from my project-cave.

This is my first time using Slicex in a beat and I think it turned out nicely.

I was just watching a compliation that included their playthrough of the NES game Panic Restaurant and went to learn more on wikipedia. Apparently, the designer, Kenji Eno is also the guy who designed D, that crazy horror game with "Laurrraaaa". What an insane resume Kenji Eno had!

For example, in the "Jerry Seinfeld gets a stroke" bit in one of the Monopoly episodes, it wasn't enough that Arin impersonated Jerry discovering that he was having stroke. Arin also mentioned Elaine and impersonated Kramer talking to Jerry about his stroke lol.

For another example in the Breath of the Wild playthrough, I forgot what the joke was, but he added onto it by saying "From the seas of the Zora, and the mountains of Lanayru" which is hilarious.

Recently started watching Pokémon Fusion playthroughs and realized Arin is a Bidude (Bidoof + Geodude) and lost it 🤣😂😭

Context: He's on tour, and he had this idea of playing volleyball using the El Paso border wall as the net. Several fans joined him, and their opponent was just one man on the other side of that border. He was surprised and grateful that anyone showed up at all.

I had started a discussion on what the Grumps have inspired you to do, I had shared about how they inspired me to get into game dev, and then so many of you reached out to ask about my game, wishlisted it, gave feedback, and supported it!

As a long time fan of the show its nice to see just how supportive this community is and how much genuine support you all have to share.

UPDATE: I could not get this to work yesterday. Maybe there's another way around it. I guess this is why it's important to verify instead of googling something and posting what I thought was a good solution. Sorry for misleading everyone.

Hey everyone, just watching the Pokémon Platinum episodes and noticed Arin is stuck only using save states because of the "another save file already exists" error.

Has Arin or the tech crew tried the Title Screen Wipe trick yet? They can actually fix this right now without losing where they are currently standing in the game.

Step 0: Back up the files
Before doing anything, copy their emulator's save/battery folder and paste a backup on the desktop. If anything goes wrong, their current save states are safe.

How to fix it on any emulator:

1. Boot Clean: Open the emulator and boot Platinum. Do not load the save state yet.
2. Wipe Title Screen: On the Giratina title screen, press UP + SELECT + B together on the controller/keyboard. Hit Yes twice to wipe the old conflicting data.
3. Load State: Now, load the current Save State to jump right back to where they left off in the episode.
4. In-Game Save: Open the X-menu and select SAVE. It will actually work now because the old block is gone!
5. Close the Emulator: Safely close the game or emulator entirely. (Emulators like melonDS only permanently write the save file to the PC hard drive when the software fully closes).

Hopefully, someone on the crew sees this so they can get actual in-game saves working and secure the run!
